I need 10 star for this hotel, best ever hotel in all of my life, ive been to more than 10 countries and been in Turkey and Antalya 4 times before, but level of service in this 10 star hotel was fantastic, not sure where some negative comments coming from, maybe another Crystal hotel? But more than 100 choices of food and drink and desert unlimited free every day, unlimited ice cream, all alcoholic and non alcoholic, burgers, pizza, flat bread, waffle, all unlimited, rooms clean spacious, staff very helpful, very eager to work, been out at 2Am and they were cleaning and washing surfaces, i cant put all my best ever 4 days i spent on this hotel to this space, but i just wanted so send a massive thank you before leaving on Saturday :)

Best ever hotel i stayed

Just got back from spending a week at Crystal Tat Beach Hotel. From the minute we stepped off the plane to the minute we got back on the plane to come home everything went really well transfers, checking in to checking out, all the staff were very pleasant, polite and professional. We visited the Spa first day so impressed we went every day for a treatment massage which has eased pains in our backs & shoulders. We had a professional photo shoot which was good fun and lovely memories to treasure. Food & drink was available 24 hours, buffet was the same most days but I take my hat of to restaurants that are all inclusive as they have so many people visiting from different countries and different cultures you are not going to meet everyone's expectation but for me there were lots to choose from and tasty, (No-one is going to starve).  The one thing that impressed my husband and I was the cleanliness of the hotel, OMG it was spotless and you always saw all staff in all areas all day cleaning, my husband even mentioned the gents toilets always smelt fresh and clean (that's a Biggy for men's toilets). We planned a winter escape to relax and enjoy our own company and that is exactly what we did so thank you to everyone at the Crystal Tat Beach Hotel we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and are most likely will return. Thank you

Beautiful Clean Hotel

Family friendly hotel and especially good for kids.  A lot of activities available on site for everyone. Large beach connected to the resort and large outside pools even with water slides for kids and adults. All kind of food choices are available.
The only bad taste from the experience is the horrible Wi-fi connection (a lot of the time wasn't available) and the early morning towel reservations (beach and pool eventhough tehere were sign it's forbidden)  which was ridiculous.

Family friendly hotel

The hotel itself did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. The room was dirty and poorly cleaned, as evidenced by the attached photographs.

We had booked a double capacity room for four people, however, upon arrival, we were given a room that was only suitable for three people. The fourth person was forced to sleep on a cramped sofa bed, which significantly reduced the overall comfort and space in the room.

The room itself was incredibly small, making it difficult for us to move around freely. This was particularly frustrating given that we had been anticipating this holiday for an entire year. When we attempted to address this issue with the hotel staff, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of willingness to assist. They simply informed us that we would have to accept the room as it was or leave.
Internet connection was very poor or there was no internet at all. Most of the staff did not speak any English. Shops inside the hotel, so called "markets" are complete rip off, no prices displayed for any products, no receipts for anything you buy.... 

This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing, as it ruined what was meant to be a relaxing vacation.

Very disappointing and def not 5 star  hotel!

Ground floor rooms are with wet walls :( Yes, we gave decend bakahis into passports 😀Probably failed plumbing or irrigation leak. It doesn't look like new failure as there were attempts to hide it with concrete bricks on the lower part of walls. We didn't change room as hotel was fully booked and we waited for room till afternoon. I'm saying about rooms starting from 0118. Dear hotel managers, it would be fair to not to offer that rooms to the guests. Although we're not Turks, we deserved better room for money. Badroom should be better for 5 stars hotel. Black traces on tiles could be eliminated with chlorine. Beds and cleaning of the room was 5*. Guys did great job. Fridge was filled every day as supposed to be. Meals in main restaurant. First three days of our stay it was a bit repetitive. I read about that in previous reviews. But quality was good. Then something happened in the kitchen, because new kind of meals were added. Grilled salmon in outside part, much better and not so dry sautes inside. Fruits and cookies/ sweets - good enough. Used to see much bigger offer, but for us and for such size of hotel  it is much then sufficient. Beach bar should be opened longer, maybe till 19 or 20.  I miss a toilets on the beach. Closest were behind snack restaurant, pretty far from beach. Evening shows were good. Amphitheatre shows were known from other hotels, but great to see some artists again, like extreme show with bikes  😀 Main stage shows were very good. Surprises were thematic shows like butterfly show. Drinks were on the same level and quality like other hotels in the same level, pretty good. Imported alcohol included. Ala carte, we missed it, because our later decision to make reservation. Anyway, the guy from reservation desk offered to us pavilon instead 👍👍👍 We appreciate it , despite it was our failure not to make reaervation sooner. Beach is clean with few small stones at entry to the sea, but mostly sand. In the morning great calm sea, afternoon with bigger waves. Sunshields on the beach are good, although I prefer tents or similar bigger shields like in two neighborhood hotels. We didn't tried inside pool as the water didn't look so crystal clean like in outside pools. Night disco bar - useless. Not for disabled people due to lot of stairs. We had friend on wheelchair, he was not able to see it. And poor quality of the dj. 

During our stay I would like to give only 3 stars, but after kitchen changed offer and quality of meals I decided to give 4.

It needs improvement, but good

This beach hotel is located directly on the Uckum-Belek coast near Antalya and covers an area of 101,000 m2. It is 35 km away from Antalya Airport and 45 km away from Antalya city centre. Public transport and a taxi rank are available at the hotel entrance. Consisting of 3 hotel buildings and a bungalow building, the complex is ideal for families, offering a 300 m long sandy beach, a variety of pools, and an aqua park. For adults there is a fully equipped spa were they can relax and golf players are sure to enjoy that this hotel features a 27 holes golf course is close-by. The classic guest rooms offer a satellite TV, a safe, minibar, air-conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities and a private balcony. Every room has a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.
