Perfect for families and beautiful resort. Great view and upgraded our room without asking for our birthdays.

Food was particularly great and options for for the buffet were plentiful. Staff were extremely polite and attentive and very good customer service from ceyla.

Hotel is very good. Services are really good. Food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. 
Location is very good as well. Nothing to complain about. 10/10. Theme is also part of hotel. Acar and Ceyla gave very good customer service. 🙂😊

Text: I will make this short and sweet.Excellent customer service provided by the staff, especially Serap, Volcan & one other. Customer relations manager was very approachable & regularly checking for our stay. Delicious food with a large variety. Great choice of drinks. The facilities are very clean & well kept with excellent spa. I will rate this 10 out of 10. A must go Hotel and theme park. day and night.also to mention the sports team and events are excellent.

I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Aylin at Guest Services for her outstanding assistance during my stay at Hotel Rixos in Antalya. Despite it being a busy evening, she went above and beyond to secure me a last-minute reservation at one of the hotel’s à la carte restaurants. Her professionalism, efficiency, and warm demeanor made the entire experience seamless and memorable. Aylin truly exemplifies top-tier guest service, and her help added an extra touch of excellence to my stay. Thank you, Aylin!

Lovely service from Aylin

Everything is going so good so far, the whole hotel/resort is amazing and has everything that someone might need and its close to the beach with a private beach which is amazing. 
 But i also have a few comments, the food is honestly not the best (we expected much better), and the service is sometimes slow. 

Also we faced a little bit of annoying interaction with SOME of the staff (maybe 2 or 3) where they couldn’t speak in english cery well, which is fine, but they gave us an unpleased face and started mumbling in Turkish, which is honestly kind of annoying when you don’t speak the language 

But overall everything is going well and well be coming again!
