General view

This is our second visit to Grand Park - previously November 2023 and we visited again in November 2024. It's a 3 star hotel and the price we paid was very good each time, although we visited in the off -season and paid less than 1,000GBP and that included upgrading to the family deluxe room. We were 2 adults and 2 kids (two and four).

About 20-30mins from airport. Smooth check-in, WIFI excellent all throughout. Don't provide toiletries so bring your own. Beach is across the road about 7-8 min walk,and you get towel card. There is a small shuttle that takes you there. Beach bar was good - food and drinks it was off season so open for about 5-6 hours during the day. The beach itself was quite good, sandy beach and the view is fantastic.

Kids mini disco every evening around 8 or 8.30, really good. Playground is also good and they have Cinema showing movies twice a day. 

Food -  Overall it was average, some bad days and good days but for the price we paid I cannot complain. There is a main restaurant which serves Breakfast Lunch Dinner. There is another smaller restaurant that was 24 hrs but it would close when the main restaurant was open - this was great convience as you could always go there and get a bite to eat, but it was mainly leftovers from the main restaurant and pool bar. The pool bar was serving kebabs, kfc style chicken, burgers, pizza, etc which we enjoyed more as you got actual meat instead of the different style of cooking in the main restaurant where it felt they were re-using old meats to create different types of dishes.

Our first visit in 2023 we had no issues but in 2024 a group of us got D&V - fortunately, or unfortunately, it was on the last day when we flew home and he was constantly vomitting in the plane. That was the worst experience on a plane I have had but thankfully it was on the way home and we didn't have to endure this in the hotel. I'm not sure what caused the issue, we did eat out a few times too so it could be that I'm not blaming the hotel as not sure.

The queues are big in the restaurant with the first hour of food times and this was the off-season so not sure what it's like during peak season. The patisserie is nice and the workers do try - it's mainly self service though with drinks etc which I had no problem considering the price I paid knowing it's 3* I'm not expecting to be served like a king!

Pools - mostly empty as it was cold as expected but some people were still braving it. One day we had good weather and they even opened the water slides which was fantastic for all - my eldest enjoyed it. They have one heated pool but when I say heated - if the unheated one is freezing, this is slightly less freezing haha.

Rooms - we upgraded to the grand deluxe family room and it was ideal. We had an issue with the air-con, it should be turned off in the off-season but kept turning on at random times and making loud hissing noises - it bothered us as my kids were small and would get scared at night by these random a/c machine hissing noises. I complained to our Jet2 rep and she was fantastic. They moved us to Block A which was much better and didn't have this issue.

Plenty of shops selling the usual fare outside as you expect. Some supermarkets as well if you need to stock up any essentials or snacks. Can get a bus to the main town but tends to get very busy/full - costs about 50pence though, compared to 25 euros in a taxi! Overall for a 3* hotel and the price I can't complain.

As expected for 3 star hotel

Good Break April 25.
Main restaurant is a bit mad at the evening meal .
Quite empty for lunch .
Breakfast a bit hit and miss people queuing for things and not letting people to the food.
Used the peppermint restaurant twice really worth the price while we were there.
Used the spa twice  really good as well .
Had one of the family rooms .No real issues.

Great experience

This is the second time I have stayed here, the first time was the block close to the reception area, which was fabulous. This visit we were put in block C, which is so close to the evening entertainment we have had to wear ear plugs until 11pm each night when the music goes off and we can finally sleep. It’s horrific. 

Phone in our room doesn’t work. No air conditioning in April (even though it’s 25o outside and for the week we were here, towels were only changed twice. 

Sadly we won’t return to this hotel as staff ‘were unable’ to move our room despite us watching heaps of folk check in after us. 

I will say there is a lot of choice with food but that’s about the only good thing from this stay. Oh and mind the queue for food, it resembles a swarm of locusts depending.

Avoid block C

Excellent hotel in Antalya. Foods are incredibly good. The restaurant was great Drinks are also good songs are good amazing staff. I would recommend here especially for the families pools are amazing. It has everything here. Staff are amazing
