Eşsiz Deneyim

Booked my room as a solo traveller and was planning to join my family at the same hotel. As a following staff decided to combine both rooms to the upgraded large room while having only one of the room’s confirmation allowing to do so which is not the greatest experience as when asked to get back the original booking I was told that all rooms were fully booked. Also, information was available not for every served meal to identify whether it is vegan or vegetarian friendly but hopefully it was just because of the start of the season. 
Other than that experience staying at the hotel was great! Staff were nice and friendly.
Visiting spa area should be on the to do list when staying at this hotel! Masseurs are very professional and do free 10 min massage first to identify the problematic areas. There is sauna and hamam available. The lady managing spa area was also very professional and welcoming. 
Animation team was so good and kept entertaining everyone at all times during the day. Thank you for MJ!

This sophisticated hotel can be found in Alanya / Okurcalar . The total number of accommodation units is 146. The accommodation was built in 2020. Customers may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection on public areas. The reception is open 24/7. The premises offer accessible public areas. Guests will not be bothered during their stay, as this is not a pet-friendly hotel. In addition, this accommodation provides a garage for travellers arriving by car.
