We have been in Alessia hotel and spa for 8 days and we are very satisfied, rooms are really nice and clear, in rooms u can find minibar which is loaded daily, u are going to get a nice comfy shoes and room cleaning every day, in every room is coffee and tea. The personal is very quick, skilled and well mannered, everyone is always smiling and taking care of you. Food is delicious and chefs are very friendly and know how to do their job, especially chef Cem, who is cooking very tasty and behaves very pleasantly. Personal on the reception is very helpful and friendly as well. The beach is clear sometimes there are rocks but it's not that bad, you can find there water and coffee gratis + there is enough space on sunbeds. Surroundings are very nice and u can find there Antic Side with Apollo's temple or many markets where u can buy clothes for cheap. Speciality here is guzelme which is made by lady outside and is very tasty also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for holidays, I'm sure we will come back next year as well. otelden 3 gece kaldık ailemle, öncelikle CEM şef çok tsk ediyorum yemekler harikaydı mutfak resteorant garsonlar çok ilgiliydi. Oda ve temizlik çok kötü pasajüstü odalar rezalet sınıfta kaldı gidin görün anlayacaksınız rezalet o odaları tercih etmeyin

Eylül başında aile olarak tatilimizi yaptık. Yemekleri gayet güzel ve çeşitli içecek çeşitleri çok,Cem usta ve ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Biz karşı binada kaldık odalar biraz eski ve bakımsız di ,Ana binada kalmak daha güzel olurdu. Plaj denizi güzel sadece 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde.Puan olarak odalar ve temizlik den kırdım.

Bu otelde müşteri olarak konaklamadım otele birisini getirdim getirmiş olduğum kişi sarhoştu otelin  Sorumluluk sahası dışında getirmiş olduğum  Otel misafiri ile sorun yaşadım otelin güvenlik departmanı ve otelin birkaç tane personeli  Sorumluk sahası dışında bana kötü muamelede bulundu  mesleklerini ve görevlerini düzgün icra etmediklerini ve görevleri hakkında bilgisiz ve deneyimsiz olduklarını düşünüyorum gelecek olan misafirlerin bu konuyu dikkate almasını rica ederim

Инфраструктура отеля: отель состоит из двух корпусов, ресторана и небольшого бассейна. Номера маленькие. У отеля свой пляж, есть мини-бар с водой и стоит кофемашина.
Персонал: персонал отеля вежливый и доброжелательный, на ресепшене всегда помогали при возникающих вопросах в любое время. Есть возможность написать на ресепшен по ватсапу.
Анимация: анимация ненавязчивая, каждый вечер в отеле происходило какое-то представление, после которого была дискотека с популярной музыкой из разных стран, которая длилась до 23:00. 
Расположение отеля: дорога до моря занимает до 10 минут. Рядом находится торговая улица. До старого города Сиде идти по красивой пешеходной набережной приблизительно 45 минут.
Питание: разнообразное, еда вкусная, все понравилось.

В отель приехали в 9 утра, позавтракали и нас сразу заселили. Номер на первом этаже с окнами на задний двор. В номере холодно, пришлось включать кондиционер на обогрев. Под конец отпуска пару раз выключалось электричество в номерах, сразу устраняли.

Впечатления от отдыха хорошие. Отель камерный и уютный, с вкусным питанием и приятным персоналом. По вечерам приятно посидеть с коктейлем у бассейна, потанцевать.
