Pool

Schon beim Check-In wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Man erhält alle notwendigen Informationen für einen entspannten Start im Hotel und jeder Gast bekommt eine Glas-Trinkflasche, welche man an den verschieden Trinkwasserstationen in der gesamten Hotelanlage jederzeit befüllen kann (das Hotel verzichtet auf Einwegwasserflaschen). Wir hatten ein Swim-Up-Zimmer. Der Swim-Up-Pool war im April auf ca 26 Grad beheizt. Außerdem war während unseres Aufenthalts der kleine Pool neben dem Hauptpool auf ca 26Grad beheizt, auch der Indoorpool war beheizt. Generell sind die Swim-Up-Pools und der kleine Pool wohl von ca Oktober bis Ende April beheizt. 
Im April konnten wir im Swim-Up-Zimmer Getränke direkt per App auf das Zimmer bestellen. 
Das Hotel bietet einzelne Bereiche die speziell auf Kinder ausgelegt sind und einzelne Bereiche  speziell für Erwachsene, so gibt es zum Beispiel einen Miniclub, einen kleinen Babypool, einen  16+ Pool und auch einen 16+ Bereich im Speisesaal - jeder findet hier sein passenden Fleckchen. Im gesamten Hotel herrscht eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. 
Das Hotel war im April sehr gut gebucht, trotzdem konnte man immer problemlos einen schönen  Platz an den verschiedenen Bars oder im Restaurant bekommen. Das typische „morgendliche Liegen reservieren“ konnten wir leider auch hier beobachten, trotzdem konnte man auch tagsüber noch freie Liegen finden . Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal -in allen Bereichen!!- überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend,  mega Service!! Klasse!
Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen! 
Die Auswahl und Qualität an Getränken und Speisen war in allen Restaurants und Bars sehr gut.  
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen und können das Hotel empfehlen.

Zeer goed hotel lekker van eten ,zeer goed personeel zowel aan de bar ,restaurant,ontvangst in het hotel .zeer goed gelegen wandel afstand naar Side.Super general manager.Klasse hotel zowel voor jong en oud . Zeer verzorgd tuinen en onderhoud.

Sorry for the delay in this post been busy. We were there for the the 7th or 8th time and it did not disappoint.  The manager Izzet is hands on and always happy to talk to Guests. Ummo at the reception desk is exceptionally  friendly and caring and efficientb . All the staff are great Ozgee Alex Yigit Isin Ercan Vasili Ergun  Okan  to name just a few are always friendly and efficient there is too many to remember all their names  Isin and Ygit make great coffee in the hanimelli patisserie. The grounds are very well maintained every where is clean and tidy. Restaurants are good food is varied and plentiful.  We always say the hotel is only as good as its staff and this hotel has great staff.

Perfekter Urlaub, besonders lieb und immer hilfsbereit ist Bahar. Immer gute Laune , immer ein Spässchen - wir haben viel gelacht. Bahar ist eine Seele für das Hotel . Essen und Getränke von sehr guter Qualität.  Nächstes Mal ein Zimmer mitngrossen Bad
