It is the worst stay I have had on vacation, the food was terrible, the handling of the cooks, very bad, the food was the same every day, only chicken, cheap fish, pasta that was only cooked, the food that was left was recycled for the next day, it really makes you feel uncomfortable with such good hotels around, we paid for everything included, but we had to go out to eat, we paid for five people, and they only gave us enough for 4, the clients saw the food, and walked straight past, really (loveholidays) I think it is very bad that they put this kind of service in their packages! We feel robbed!

Really bad

Not as described in anyway from (loveholidays). Went with wife and 3 kids. States on advertising of the hotel that they provide free WiFi ( yes but only in lobby of hotel or poolside) no option in rooms. Rooms are very dated. It says they have satellite TV no they don't, It also states phone in the room, most people have there own phone...the phones weren't connected.

Yes this hotel has a pool and a small pool for kids, but in this day and age kids want more. My kids did enjoy being poolside, but that was due to other holiday makers interacting with them.

Going back to the rooms our shower cubicle was falling to bits, with mould on the tiles. The bathroom furnishings had obviously been reattached to the wall that many times that the grout on the tile work had more hole in it than an ant hill, and we'll not to forget the ants🙈.

For an all inclusive it was shocking. Did not cater for children in any sense. They didn't even have ice cream nor snaks for the kids which i have had at all inclusive holidays ive had before.Drinks where either soft drinks,beer,vodka or gin all else you have to pay for but are not branded products.

We did meet some nice people there, but had to eat out most days for most meal times which was at a cost that most do imagine they wouldn't have to pay.

Everyone has a right to an opinion, but my opinion is avoid and don't waste your money on this hotel. We made a mistake on picking this location and it won't happen again.

Hell(ios) Hole

Please ignore the previous negative reviews this was a lovely hotel, it says 3 stars that’s what you are getting! Staff were lovely. Breakfast was the same everyday but was so tasty, food is more traditional but was still nice, rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, only negatives are the floor hadn’t been cleaned when we first arrived, and then wifi was only available done stairs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Osman in reception was very friendly and always took the time to chat with us about our day and was very helpful with advice. Spoke good English. The hotel is small and a little out the way but it is peaceful and the pool was lovely. They offer a free shuttle to their private beach although we didn’t use it as we were out on day trips a lot. The room service will give fresh towels etc every day if you put the door hanger on for it. The only reason we knocked a star off was the food offered limited choice and we rarely enjoyed the main meals although the desserts were lovely and plenty to choose from with those! 
Dont buy clothes/shoes from the shops by the hotel, they pressure you and overcharge and get aggressive and/or defensive if you say no or try to return anything.

4.5 stars..overall great trip. Fantastic customer service from Osman

Je tiens à préciser que le personnel étais super  mais l'hôtel affreux dommage à du potentiel mais pas du tout  entretenu la bouffe au secours je suis pas fine bouche mais la non beurkkk en fait juste pour dormir c'est tout plus jamais un 3 étoiles première et dernière fois.
