Fantastic hotel, warm initial welcome from Burnham & he looked after us throughout our stay. Mehmet (lifeguard) always happy he gave us a starfish each which was lovey touch. Surcan great in the restaurant. All staff hard working. Have already booked for next year.

Booked again!

Second time at this hotel, and already booked to return next year. The hotel is superb and so are the staff. On main reception is Burham, who was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and amenities. In the restaurant is Sirkan who again never stopped working and chatting to the guests. At the poolside was Mehmet who again was friendly and was always smiling.
In the evening the entertainment was good, but the highlight was the male small cleaner who was always dancing when the Turkish songs came on. All in all the hotel and staff were brilliant. Thanks trendy palm beach xx

Great holiday

Just got back from one week stay, the hotel itself was immaculate,  you couldn't fault it. The food was good, plenty of choice. Theres no cocktail menu so unless you speak German you wouldn't know what choices there is. The entertainment on the evening was good for hotel entertainment but unfortunately was only on from 9pm-10pm followed by 1 hour of mainly German music 😔 This hotel was mainly German guests and I felt that they were the ones they catered for. Very few staff spoke English so it was quite hard to communicate.  The entertainment staff work really hard from morning to night, rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels, the restaurant staff also worked hard from morning until night. What can I say about the reception staff and bell boys........miserable, the first people you see when arriving at your hotel should be warm and welcoming,  we literally didn't get a smile, apart from the one female we came across. If you like to go on holiday and meet people this isn't the place to stay as you barely even get a smile from the German guests. The location is good, plenty of dolmus to other areas which are every 10 minutes and only 1 - 1.5 Euros. The private beach is just a section on a very busy beach. They've thought about everything in the rooms, toiletries,  robe & slippers, shoe horn, Mini bar with Coke, Fanta, water, iced tea & beer. There's flavored teas, coffee, sugar, Sweetener but unfortunately no milk. We had to check out of our room at noon but weren't getting picked up from hotel until 11pm, there is a locked luggage room and a shower next to the spa that you can use. I would say the only thing that let's this hotel down is the reception staff, bell boys and the "odd" waiting staff but that was a small minority and the amount of German guests in comparison to English which is the reason I wouldn't return. Please look into your reception staff as I really did feel uncomfortable approaching them!

Good hotel but reception staff let it down!

This was our tenth visit and our best. The Hotel has been upgraded and is now a 16+ only. The food was superb, the Staff friendly and courteous, plenty of sunbeds and room to move. A special thank you to  Aylin, Guest Relations Manager who could not have been more helpful. We will be returning.

Trendy Palm Beach, a fabulous Hotel.

On arrival we were greeted by Burhan whose English was excellent and was very helpful so early in the morning. 

Our room was spotless and kept clean every day by the cleaner. The mini bar was great and again refilled everyday. Same with the products in the bathroom.

The food at the hotel was brilliant. We never felt it was that repetitive which was a bonus. There were other restaurants in the hotel but we never booked, although the looked very good. 

The spa was amazing I highly recommend a massage if you have time. 

The staff were very friendly but mostly speak German which was fine.

The location of the hotel was brilliant with shops all along the road not far from the hotel. The mall of side was about a 20 minute walk, and the old town was a 10 minute taxi ride. The same with the shops, all think you’re automatically German.

All in all we’d definitely return to this hotel and we recommend the hotel. On return I’d definitely consider learning basic German for easiness:)
