Had a great time at the Duja Didim. We arrived  at the end of October as a family of 3 (2 adults and son aged 11). First impressions were great, welcoming receptionists, room as to be expected (didn't have a great view but not too bothered). Cleanliness throughout the hotel was okay just little things like asking for the mini fridge to be restocked was the only niggling issue. Restaurant had a very diverse range of foods even at the end of season. Some of the bars were low on stock of certain spirits and sometimes orange juice was in short supply. On day 2 we tried the waterpark, it was so much fun we all enjoyed it, tried the pool but the water was too cold. We spent most of our time on the beach as the sea was warmer and very shallow, great for snorkeling. There is a lot of stray cats around the hotel and sometimes they wander into the restaurant looking for food. All in all though I would definitely come back, enjoyed the whole week and the staff were helpful. 

Great week at Duja Didim

This has to be the worst holiday myself and family have ever experienced. I can understand this was the last week of the season but they might as well have closed while we were there , Food was ok the first few days but went downhill quickly. most of the food was cold and repetitive. Staff have to be the rudest I have ever met and just did not care . Everything we asked for we were told " we don't have"  No entertainment although the hotel manager disagreed ??? nothing to do for a 10 year old, the water park was open for 2 hours on morning and 2 hours on the afternoon probably the only pleasure my granddaughter got during the holiday . the last few days staff were removing sunbeds and parasols due to capacity ???????  they were literally waiting for people to leave. the young lady on the Starbucks counter had to be the rudest of them all , everything we asked for her reply was a very sharp "WHAT" or we don't have, also to the young chap serving at the bar near the beach who threw a drink at the wall when he was informed he had poured the wrong drink, absolutely shocking   .Our holiday was NOT cheap to say the least if you pay full price for a holiday you would expect full price service .  Would we return to this hotel ? most definitely  NOT !

Beach behind the hotel, very close. Absolutely beautiful! Clear water. Nice rooms, very clean. Very nice staff. Quiet inside the room, brilliant view. Food not on my taste, not the best food so a minus for food. Though, helpful staff and polite. Really nice location and clean. Really good value for money. Fair. I didn't give 5 stars because of some gross and old food.

I am a kid but all i know is having chocolate pancakes everyday for breakfast and riding down a slide where i go face to face with a dragon is great!. You should definitely go there if you are looking for a perfect holiday for the Family. Great pool a kids club for the kids while you adults might have a sneaky drink. Great rooms with perfect air condition. AND IF YOU ARE GOING YOU WILL GURANTEED HAVE FUN!👍👍🤞.

BEST PLACE EVER

As soon as we arrived at the Duja we was welcomed by Alperin . He welcomed us with a rose bouquet and even though we were early for check in he gave us our all inclusive bands so we were allowed to use all the amenities until our room was ready . Then we met the entertainment team, who couldn't do enough for us . I've got to give a special mention to Elif Gizem and Yasar . Always had a smile on their faces . Loads of energy and nothing was too much trouble. They always took time to talk to us . A credit to the team. 
Bar staff were also always smiling and the cocktails were delish . 
Rooms were clean and the hotel grounds were immaculate. 
Altinkum is approximately £8 in a taxi there and £8 return. Definitely worth a visit . 
All in all the hotel provides everything we needed and we will definitely be returning. We stayed from 1st May till the 5th May , we are still here now ,as I write this, enjoying every minute
