Just got back (4/10/24) from this hotel after a week stay there.
Checked in in the early hours of Saturday morning, due to delays with easy jet. Was told by reception that my sea view room wasn’t available and needed to sort it at 1pm the next day. We were given a room that backed up to a fence, give how tired we were we just decided to sort it out the next day. 
So the next day we went to sort it out, only to be told our room was still not ready,after speaking to the manager we were given our room by 3pm. As I wasn’t the only one that this happened to, I find it poor that rooms aren’t ready for guests.

I’ve traveled abroad for over 40 years and I know what to expect on All Inclusive and what the star ratings mean, do not go here if you think a 5star in Turkey is like a 5star in the Uk.
So the rooms themselves are good, very spacious with plenty of storage for clothes. The Bathroom is good, a good rainforest shower head, could improve on the soap dispensers though .

The food was actually ok, plenty of choice every day and not that repetitive for a week . Swimming pool was also good, clean but fairly cold as it’s that time of year.

The staff, given that the hotel closes in a couple of weeks were very good, always happy and helpful. 

Things the hotel could do better:

Iron and ironing board in rooms
Coffee machines in room
Pads on sunbeds
Better products in bathrooms
Better WiFi 
Better evening entertainment( rubbish to be honest)

All in all it was fine for a week break for the price we paid.

Not bad for a week away

This is not a 5* at best a top end 3*. If u like prison food, having to ask for towel in room and toilet roll this is the place for you!! The staff are rude asking for tips at all inclusive and having attitude when you say no , (we tip when we want not when asked), the food is awful they even managed to f up chips. The pool and rooms are nice the sun is great but that’s it. The spa is 10/10 but everything else is bad. Upgrade to swim up room for a nice room. The entertainment seemed to be when they felt like it and not great for adults or kids, don’t go with kids they will be bored. We went as couple so can drink through the rubbish food. The beach wasn’t nice either and riddled with stray dogs and cats. 
We didn’t pay much and had a good time as we just laughed at how bad it was and made the best of pile of ….!!

Don’t do it

Just returned from 1 week at MyElla. We chose a swim up room and was given room 2115 on the left of the building but woke up to be told there’s no sun at all, all day so we asked to move! The receptionist was so lovely and offered us room 3115 on the right side where we had sun from around 10:30 - 18:00. Room was nice, but definitely not 5* - One or two staff were nice and friendly majority not so nice and friendly! Breakfast wasn’t to our liking / lunch was ok if you like salad and fish (chicken wraps from snack bar were nice) and evening meal was pretty much same as lunch (we ate out most nights) SALT about 10mins walk along the beach front is amazing - 100% recommend!! Uncles a further 10mins walk is another nice restaurant and some lovely little pubs for meals around the town (Target Bar does a nice English breakfast) - The beach is literally a stone throw away although not very nice and I wouldn’t go in the sea as the fish bite - a little 15min walk down is a beach bar with a nicer area and cocktails on the beach were lovely! 
If you’ve already booked don’t expect a 5* place - it’s a nice break and we enjoyed our week away but we wouldn’t return!

Nice enough but don’t expect 5*

First of all, it is not a 5-star hotel. Big disappointment with the hotel standard. When we bought the trip, it was in the contract that it is Ultra-allinclusive, after arrival it turned out that it is but for an additional fee. Other people who were from other countries were also disappointed because the decision fell on this hotel because of the ultra-allinclusive. After arriving at the hotel, it turned out that we had no hot water in the bathroom, which was fixed the next day. The cleanliness in the room and cleaning was poor. As for the food, it was a matter of taste, it tasted average to us. We paid a large amount of money to have a room with a terrace and a pool. We got broken sunbeds. The beach was basically not like that, a very small couple of sunbeds fit, basically the worst I have ever been to. A big plus was the hotel service at the bar and in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful people.  I think I won't go back there again.

So the hotel is nice it's not 5 star but it's very nice, it's food is catered toward Turkish menus a lot and they didn't have much change in that again I didn't mind, the swim up pool was worth every penny as felt like private pool, hotel is 15
Min walk from the town and it's a lovely walk along sea front
WiFi is free but it drops out a lot and not the best on lower floor rooms 
Eddie the boat tour guy is amazing only book with him !!!
Worst part is the man they have offering tattoos he is rude and pushy and lies a lot yet he doesn't have a tattoo on him my friend had a tattoo and whole thing was terrible from start to finish DO NOT BOOK A TATTOO WITH HIM!! Hotel need to get rid of him 
Overall not a bad hotel and was clean enough just starting to look and feel a bit tired
