Unfortunately unfriendly reception staff in the management operations side.  No welcome. No one was manning the office.  Room was old. Bathroom dirty. Floors sticky. We stayed for 5 nights and no one cleaned the room. Sourced our own bed and bathroom linen. Toilet paper. The only place that elevated the experience was the restaurant staff. They were friendly and area was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious.  When I voiced my concerns they said it’s going to renovated in November. That’s not an excuse to take my money and provide a mouldy black bathroom and dirty room. They had 1 cleaner servicing the whole hotel.

Very poor experience.

What can I say…. Had an amazing experience, and a lovely holiday. The hotel is in an amazing location and the views are breathtaking!!! 

The restaurant linked is such a delight. I tried a few things off the menu and they was amazing. 

Couldn’t recommend more, wouldn’t believe all the negative reviews.

Amazing

I recently stayed at Mia Casa Hotel for a weekend getaway and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, literally about 10 steps from the beach. It has a nearby boat service which takes you straight to Fethiye which made it super convenient to explore the areas nearby. I've got to say the staff were very friendly when we arrived for our weekend away, they made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay at this wonderful hotel. I've never had any Turkish food before and I've got to say i'd be having it again especially from Mia Casa.

Perfect hotel in a perfect place

We had a great stay at the Casa Mia. The location is perfect! All staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. On top of it the hotel offer a fantastic breakfast. All fresh and delicious. Clean and with the best cotton bedlinen and thick towels. We were three couples and each and everyone was so pleased. We will highly recommend a stay at Casa Mia and will gladly return for another stay👌.

A great place to stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and housekeeping excellent. We booked 2 rooms both with balconies on the side of the building (one on the pool side and one on the other side). Both balconies had lovely sea views. The traditional breakfast buffet was delicious with a good, mostly vegetarian selection, served outside on the seafront when the weather is good. The hotel has been completely refurbished, although they were still finishing the restaurant which they hope to open in May.
