Beach

If someone is looking for a nice hotel to spend their vacation, I advise against it. Rooms in a dramatic state, mold, mildew and total filth. A total of 3 rooms tested. Arrogant service and indifferent to the needs of guests. The pool bar serves only 2 types of "drinks" in the "ALL IN" formula. Practically no hotel beach, because the gentleman responsible for its maintenance at 6 a.m. takes the sunbeds to those who pay the most :D in total there are +/- 15 sunbeds on the beach in a deplorable state. The food is quite good, only a bit monotonous. During the entire stay in my room there was a problem with the water, the pressure and temperature were zero. It happened several times that there was no water or electricity at all, which the hotel staff knew about earlier, but did not bother to inform the guests. Generally, apart from the location, nothing saves this hotel.

Dramatic hotel

This is as honest as I can be. At a glance on photos this hotel looks cleaner than clean. It is very white, I'll give them that. Staff were pleasant enough but never engaging. The food was okay and always fairly fresh and the pool was spotless although the walls and tiles around the pool are loose and very tired.

The mattress in our room was not fit for an animal to lie on! It was filthy (see pics) and solid and the pillows were the size of postage stamps with little in them.

Meal times. Cats galore round the tables with idiots feeding them. When tables have been vacated, they are set quickly but with NO/ZERO cleaning! (See pics)Not even a cursory wipe and this is at all meal times everyday. The napkin dispensers are horrendously unclean (see pics) and unsanitary. There are about 3 working salt condiments that they continuously pass among the tables. The table server/ waiter had the same top on for a week which was filthy and poured lukewarm water into your glass from 2l plastic bottles when you asked for it.

The bar has one beer font, half a dozen spirits and wine. You spend a lot of time waiting for the barman to appear between drinks.
You get what you pay for they say, so my advice would be to pay a little more next time you book and read the reviews.

Pay a little more elsewhere!

Disappointed with our stay, the photos online are misleading. 

We moved room 3 times, all were filthy. 

Staff are polite, but unhelpful. We asked 3/4 times for an extra pillow, which we never got. 

Limited choice at the bar, the restaurant bar never seemed open, only the pool bar. Pool was also dirty, didn’t seem like they cleaned it properly. 

Food wasn’t great, very repetitive and limited choice. We went down for breakfast our first morning and ended up eating elsewhere. 

I’d just pay extra and stay somewhere else.

Disappointed

Fantastic surroundings and views. Beach and sea very close by. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Needless to say, fantastic weather every day. That's where the good stuff ends. No air conditioning in hotel and one in my room had a mind of its own and was very noisy. Like everyone else has said, the food is below average. Same bland, tasteless, unseasonal stuff every day and always cold as the containers they put it in don't keep it hot. In 10 days, I never once saw the pool being cleaned. My room was fine, apart from engrained dirt in the shower. That only happens if it's not being cleaned regularly. There is only 1 ladies and gents toilet on the ground floor, so you can't ever have a wee in peace without someone knocking on the door. Plus I constantly saw men coming out the ladies and woman coming out the gents. I saw the cleaner after she had supposedly cleaned the ladies room and the basket was still full of hand towels and the same black mark on the wall which looked like pooh was still on the wall. The staff were abrupt and only spoke to people when they felt like it. The ones who didn't speak any English just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Plastic cups at the bar 70% of the time. I liked the music played, but if you stayed longer at the bar, you would hear the same song 3 times. I don't think I'll be rushing back to stay here again and will go self catering next time. What I paid for all inclusive  just isn't worth the money I paid to me

Could be better

AVOID ALL TOGETHER.  Myself and my friend stayed here in September 2024 and it was disgusting.  I had read the mixed reviews but always like to make up my own mind about hotels as everyone has different standards, but I have to say this hotel has no standards at all.  The rooms are very small, luckily I was in a room on my own but if there are two people it would be incredibly claustrophobic and no where to store anything.  The rooms are dirty and even when the cleaner had been in the dirt on the floor was not cleaned away.
Pool area is actually quite nice.  I don’t like the beach, which was fortunate as when I did visit the beds that belong to the hotel on the beach I couldn’t believe the disgusting state of the bed mattresses.  There are sufficient beds around the pool and you get a nice amount of sun with the added bonus of a shallow dip pool to cool off in.
Food - very very poor choice of food.  The food that was there was the really cheap cuts of meat etc. and not much of it.  There was very little choice of food and, as expected, food was re-served for several days on the trot.  The hotel definitely caters for more Eastern European tastes.
The restaurant is dirty (especially the outside cooking area towards the back of the terrace) and the crockery / cutlery not cleaned properly.  The restaurant was constantly running out of cutlery, glasses and even cups for coffee and tea which really is unacceptable, this was due to tables not being cleared away for long periods of time.  
Staff - with the exception of the reception staff I found them to be rude and lazy.  The bar staff are rude and would rather be in their phones than serving customers who are waiting.  There are very few seats in the bar area, I can only assume this is to encourage people not to stay and drink.  The choices of alcohol are beer, unbranded gin, vodka and raki…..that’s it, with only coke or sprite as mixers.
On the face of it the hotel public areas in reception etc. look really nice but I can honestly say that this place should be closed down on hygiene grounds and I will definitely not be returning.

AVOID THIS HOTEL

Located on the famous Turquoise coast of Aegean Sea directly on the beach of Icmeler, in a distance of 8 km to center of Marmaris and 100 km from  Dalaman airport. Marmaris is reachable with public minibuses which are available every 5 minutes from the hotel front. The Residence is next door to the Casa Blanca Beach Hotel .
