The entertainment team was exceptional, sam and yoda especially. The bar staff were fantastic and often came to check if we needed drinks.

It was the start of the season but they still made sure once it got busier thar we had everything we needed. 

The regularly arranged trips it's was fun and there was no pushiness to go. This made you feel confident in the service provided.

Been marmaris  x3 now. First time here at this hotel. Booked through on the beach.
Paid extra for large balcony & sea view well worth it. The hotel I would highly recommend.  Very clean central position has its own private beach. 2 swimming pools lots of entertainment.  Food good plenty of choice. Drinks good even the wine is drinkable.
I will definitely  be back here. It's my favorite  hotel I've stayed in marmaris. 

Weeks break

We arrived late due to delayed transfers, and while it was a kind gesture that the hotel had sandwiches waiting for us, they only offered salami and cheese. Unfortunately, three of us are vegetarians, so there were no suitable options upon arrival.

The rooms were a letdown. Very poorly lit, making the atmosphere feel dull. We were told we had an “upgraded view,” but it was of the car park—not sure what the standard view would have been. The shower had almost no water pressure, and the hairdryer was so weak it took me 45 minutes to dry my hair. On the positive side, the rooms were very clean, and most of the housekeeping staff were friendly and polite.

However, we had some serious issues. On our first night, a light fixture fell from the ceiling onto my cousin while she was sleeping. When we reported it to reception, the response was incredibly dismissive—just a shrug and a vague promise someone would look into it. No one followed up. The air conditioning stopped working at one point, and again, no one came to fix it. The TV only had Turkish channels with no way to change the language settings.

The all-inclusive food was extremely disappointing, especially for vegetarians. There were hardly any options—mainly chips and salad. My parents had to eat the same limited options every day for a full week. Nothing was labelled in the dessert area, so it was a guessing game for anyone with dietary restrictions. Much of the food didn’t feel fresh, especially the salads.

In the end, we chose to eat out at a nearby restaurant called Oscar’s, which was great and affordable—highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Would I recommend this hotel? Sadly, no. We booked based on the fantastic reviews, but our experience didn’t match them at all. Aside from the convenient location, everything else was a letdown. Hopefully, this honest review helps others make an informed decision.

I would not recommend

Hotel rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the shower is lovely but sometimes temperature changes randomly, the view from my room is stunning as I can see the beach front. All the staff are friendly and very helpful and the entertainment staff are very good with the children and keep them well entertained. The food at the restaurants very nice and tasty although can get a little repetitive after a while, the chicken wraps at lunch are the best. The pool is very big and the kids pools are lovely too. All around good hotel.

The beach ,nice food can’t complain about anything! Was a really nice stay we came with a big group of 15 and the staff made sure we always had somewhere to sit together overall good experience deffo come here if you get the chance!
