Beautiful small hotel located 5 minutes from ladies beach, in a quiet area . Everything closeby. Supermarkets, exchange, plenty of bars and restaurants. 
Rooms are spacious and have fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Daily maid service.  No cups supplied though, except paper cups. Lovelly buffet breakfast, Turkish style, but you can ask for omelette or fried eggs cooked fresh.  They also do half-board for a small extra charge.
Large pool area, plenty of sunbeds,although no pool bar, but there are plenty of bars nearby.  
The dolmus into kusadasi goes from just outside the hotel, although it's a nice walk, 45 minutes.  
We booked through love holidays, who advertise a spa/ hamam on their website. There are also photos on trip advisor of spa areas and games facilities. It's a small hotel and there is no spa, although they can arrange a Turkish bath outside the hotel. 
All in all a great choice for a quiet holiday. Friendly staff, and met all our needs.

Perfect hotel, great location.

What a gorgeous hotel. Superb location. Friendly staff. Our room was big and kept lovely and clean. We had half board and the food was traditional and really good. I’m fussy but found something every day to eat. The staff at breakfast and Dinner were really lovely.
The pool is probably the warmest we have used in Turkey. They had a great lifeguard who chatted to people around the pool. A really nice lad. The sea is a five minute walk down the hill, and you are then on the promenade with a selection of restaurants. 

The view from the roof of the hotel is 360*  and totally awesome.

Can’t wait to go back to this amazing find.

Things started off badly with a toilet in the bathroom of one room that was not secured to the floor in any way. The other room the air conditioning was not operational. The information pack in the room on arrival stated different prices to what you got charged in the hotel. Had a meeting with the manager to sort all this out and the areas of concern were corrected.
Not the best atmosphere in the hotel and this got worse the day before we were due to leave when we were thrown out a day early when my documents clearly stated the following day as departure. 
Travelled many places with LOVE HOLIDAYS but have never been treated in this manner.
Get a life and yes you ruined our holiday thank you THE PONZ.

What an experience never again

Lovely location 5 mins walk to ladies beach,breakfast and dinner buffet style (not a cooked option at breakfast,no toast just continental)
Small choice at dinner but very tasty,staff friendly and maids are amazing ladies(always a hello with a friendly smile)👍
Beds comfy,room was massive with lovely size balcony overlooking the pool.😍
Pool great size (only downside there's no pool bar)
Carrefour over the road for snacks drinks etc, dolmus stops right outside to go into centre only 15TL.
Cheers bar across the road never had a chance to visit but they were always busy and they have good reviews.
Stayed a week and I really enjoyed my time here,clean,central to everything.
So if you're looking for a basic value for money hotel, highly recommend it ♥️

Lovely value for money hotel

We have just had a great week stay at Ponz hotel. It is in the most perfect location! 2 minutes walk down onto ladies beach which have the most incredible restaurants all along the beach with incredible sunset every night. The hotel staff are all so lovely and always so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend came for some dental work and they were just brilliant. The room is massive with a balcony, all rooms look over the pool. Outside the door is a beautiful sunset every day. A very good shop just along from the hotel with everything you could possibly need. A lovely walk into the main Kusadasi centrum town but if walking isn’t your thing the bus stops right by the hotel or taxi is just 200 lira (about £5) We just did bed and breakfast as we wanted to go to the beach restaurant in the evening. Breakfast is a little limited so this could be a bit more varied even if just by adding fresh omelettes/scrambled egg and toast maybe? But it was ok. We would 100% come back here again and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great for what we wanted. Location was just perfect for us and the pool had sun all day long. Pool area clean, water crystal clear and a great lifeguard onsite. Highly recommend. Thank you Ponz for a great stay. Danny & Sam

Great hotel with lovely staff in the best location

This lovely hotel can be found in Kusadasi. There are a total of 42 accomodation units on the premises. Clients may take advantage of the Wi-Fi connection throughout. The reception is open 24/7. Unfortunately, there are no rooms where visitors can ask for a cot for the little ones. The hotel also has a disability-friendly room.
