the restaurent staff was very helpfull I hv a few dietary restrictions and staff were more than happy to accomadated them , they even offered custom based on my needs , it's made dining here a pleasure , specially mlMs Ranjita was very helpfull and kind , the hospitality was excellent great stay well maintained room

Check In was slow. 

We were staying at the suite. The room was filthy despite a late check in at 4.30 PM. The floor and sofas were covered in sand. The floor was black and sticky with dirt. The locker had to be changed as it did not function. 

After a complaint to the front desk Mr. Alok came in and got everything corrected.  He was extremely helpful and courteous.  He checked in on me about the stay a couple for times in between. He also came to enquire about our stay and truly said sorry for the trouble faced initially. 

Thanks to Mr. Alok that our stay became delightful as expected - as this was my fourth stay at this hotel with my kids. 



Great for kids. 

Had a great stay at Novotel , they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was my wife's birthday and i had just mentioned it , but they went out of their way and made sure a birthday cake was available in the room when we got back from an outing .
The place itself is a bit small and it is further felt so because of the large number of corporate guests who had conferences at the hotel at the same time ! 
The bigger pool was not working and was under maintenance .
apart from these two issues , the food was great and the staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome .
enjoyed the stay here .

Excellent food and services as well as good location , special thanks to vishal , sukamal , hostess ranjita who made our dinner special.all the food are too tasty specially noodles and starters. staff are too friendly and humble, thank u 😍😍

Dinner visit

During our stay at Novotel Candolim Hotel in Goa, Puja from the “The Little Place” confectionery suggested a drink colled “Baileys Dessert Bliss” ( a dessert in glass) which was simply heavenly. Initially we were reluctant to take it but when she explained about the ingredients we couldn’t resist. The drink is super realaxing. Thank you Puja!!!!❤️❤️❤️
