One of the greatest banquet venues in town, with arrangements that are modified based on visitor preferences. The general manager also asks about my fundamental needs. Mr. Nithin Johnson and his crew are highly professional.
A free room for a relaxing bath is something the staff is thinking about throughout the celebration. I'm contacting Nithin Johnson and heartily promoting this property.

My wife , son and I stayed at his hotel for about 10 days while attending a family wedding.
Our rooms were on level 6
Amazing unobstructed views from the ocean facing rooms 

My wife and I had a suite which was also very good but slightly less awesome views of the beach.

Excellent shower pressure, good wifi, aircon, clean and fresh sheets and a very comfortable bed.

We ate several times at the hotel. Food was overall excellent. Indo-chinese,  North and south Indian cuisine were excellent.

I had regular massage treatment at the Ayurvedic spa which was also very good.

While the hotel itself is a little dated in terms of furnishings, everything was clean and maintained in a good state of repair.

While all staff were very helpful and courteous, I mention food and beverage attendant, Anupam in this regard who provided very good service.

The hotel is located central to Kollam and a very easy ride to nearby attractions.

I recommend this hotel to all without reservation

Fantastic Views, great service, rooms and food at an affordable price.

A great fail. 2 hour wait to get a room, with the excuse the rooms were being cleaned. After checking in to the room not sure what was cleaned. Dusty tea table, TV not working, no towels in the bathroom. No apology from the staff. Not at all recommended to stay. Dire need of change of management. Little privacy as rooms are connected.

Worst experience , don't waste money change manager

We had a stay for 2 nights in the hotel in Dec'24. Honestly, we felt that the Hotel misses out on basic things that just gives a feeling that those are not a priority for them. 

1. Extremely Noisy room— We were given a room that was next to a service lift/generator room that made noise all the time, so much so that we had to call reception to find out why so much noise was coming. They never responded. But we figured it out eventually.  Why they would have a room next to such a noise-making area is beyond me. 

2. Response time - Somehow, almost all the time when we called housekeeping or room service, there was a significant wait time before someone answered the call. Especially, housekeeping never answered. We had to call the reception to get through to them. 

3. Chaos during Morning breakfast - It seemed like the staff at the restaurant struggled with the morning buffet breakfast crowd.  Cutlery not available, and food not being replenished on time in the buffet were a common sight during our stay. 

It would be unfair if we only called out the problems without mentioning the Good part about the property - 

1. Spacious room
2. Proximity to the beach

We think that the property deals with a lot of guests in the peak season and maybe due to that, has not been able to give attention to smaller details that impact customer experience. it would be good for the property to review their improvement areas during the peak season

A property marred by inefficiencies

A nicely appointed hotel overlooking the beach in Kollam and near to where the canal flows through the City.   

We had a lovely suite that overlooked the beach to the rear and the waterway to the front.  Plenty of room and well looked after with all the usual amenities for a hotel of this standard.   The staff were very helpful and were of great assistance to my husband who now has some limited mobility.  

The restaurant had a lovely spread at breakfast and the bar overlooking the beach was an added welcome to escape the heat of the day.  Nice Mojitos!

Thanks to all.  A well run establishment.  I would return.
