Myself and my wider family, altogether 13 of us stayed in this lovely hotel for one week.  We had a very comfortable stay, the hotel is very spacious, good facilities and extremely clean and the service received was amazing.  

I would like to call out Babu on the concierge desk, he was very friendly, looked after us every day and booked for us three tours which he recommended to us.  These tours were amazing and all of us enjoyed ourselves.  

All the staff during the breakfast buffet are also very friendly, humble and provided excellent service.  

I would highly recommend this hotel and would also come back myself.

Lovely hotel with great staff

The service was impeccable. Always polite and with the smile. Especially John was always punctual when to come and help.

Outstanding 5 star hotel in between airport and downtown Abu Dhabi. Everything was wonderful. The room, the food, the great and helpful staff. One of the best places I've ever stayed. I highly recommend. 

Amazing 5 Star Hotel Very Close to Grand Mosque

We stayed at the Park Rotana for 7 nights in April 2025. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a high spec. environment. The food was excellent in all of the 4 restaurants. There is a lovely pool area, with no shortage of sunbeds. Our room had a kitchen which we didn't expect but was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is situated close to the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque and National Aquarium, which are both well worth a visit. 
We would like to mention the following staff members who provided exceptional service. They made our stay extra special : Hammad at Teatro, Selvaraj at the pool, Tinashe and Andrew at Ginger.

Amazing family holiday experience

Perfect hotel and good location
Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is sumptuous. Service is great and Coopers is a great bar for pub & grub
The staff is friendly and always helpfull
In sparetike the gym is well equipped and the pool area is nice as well
