I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Deira Dubai! The location is super convenient—close to the metro and just a short drive from the airport. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Magnifiques

It was very clean and comfortable, easy to reach from the airport, near the metro station and  Mall (city center), The hotel has friendly staff who are always ready to help. If we come to Dubai again, I will choose this hotel. Clean pool and Gym . large lobby. Thank you very much to Ms. Shanika, she is very responsible and kind.

My best choice NOVOTEL Deira Creeksidde

Visited this hotel on business, the staff are very good, the hotel is clean, tidy snd safe. Sn added bonus is that I’d is very near the train station so easy travel into the city. The gym and pool is ideal. There is a shopping centre nearby which has a variety of foods available

Business trip

Stayed with my family of four in this hotel for three nights. First impression upon arrival was already disappointing. We arrived by car and could not find a parking place as everything got quickly taken by taxis and drop offs. Then the bell boy came and started helping with the luggage, however in the midst of doing that another guest came and requested the bell boy’s assistance and surprisingly they both walked off to the hotel. Meanwhile we stood there in the middle of the hotel lane in the burning sun and the traffic situation was getting even worse as taxis and drop offs could not get by us. I had to run back to the hotel and request them for assistance. Fortunately a security guard came along and helped us with our luggage. Check-in was rather smooth, no complaints there and the lobby spacious and neat.

Then we went upstairs to the rooms and there is already this musty smell in the hallways. When we entered the room, it had the same musty smell. Don’t bother opening the curtains as you’ll see sand and bird droppings covering the window. The bathroom was clean but needs to be renovated as it is in poor shape.

For our children we requested an extra bed, which we got complimentary. However my 12year old could not sleep on it as the mattress was very hard and the blanket too thin to keep warm. The next day housekeeping fixed it, so problem solved. 

Breakfast was ok, but not much variety and during peak hours you’ll wait long before something gets refilled.

All in all, having stayed at other 4star hotels this hotel does not meet 4 star quality. I would give it 3 stars at the most.

Ending with a positive, it is opposite the city center mall which can be quite convenient.

Not a 4star hotel

Jun and Amor of concierge/front desk was so helpful. They assisted me everyday in getting a taxi and with my luggage. Hotel was clean and has an excellent staff. Breakfast was great. Hotel is also near me metro. And just across is carrefour. Thank you Novotel Deira
