Hotel was very nyc ...but nvr book cab from hotel desk  ...the vehicle  exicutive nvr keep there words ...there main motive is to take more dharam from pasenger ..we book cab with surety 1 day before ..on next day they charge extra when I don't have any other option left ...cab desk person was very greedy...aware from him &  driver was  very rude ..he shouted to my 3 year son...

The luxurious amenities, exemplary service and good location are what reflected my attention to the Royal ascot Hotel. I loved everything.their staff behaviour were excellent....Big shout to friendly staff like kasule the security officer plus also Lafran... The Bell boy

I highly recommend this Hotel due to their good services

The hotel has a lot of dust, not well maintained, rooms have carpets which are not cleaned for years. Not recommended for sensitive travellers.
Lafran at the front had given us a fantastic service.  Despite overcrowded the food is good with many varieties. Average Hotel !

Average Hotel

The hotel was comfy and clean. The location is very near to market. The food is too snacky with varities to choose from. The hotel has 24/7 service and round the clock service to make you feel live like king size. I would recommend to all first timers

Dubai extravaganza

Arif was a very good with his service and was very cooperative. Great location in the heart of the city and Very close to meena bazar which famous for local shopping. Great food and service. Hotel staff overall were very cooperative. Great breakfast with a wide spread.

Lovely and beautiful

The Royal  Ascot is located right in the heart of Dubai, making most places in the city easily accessible. Sheikh Zayed road is just 7 minutes away, and Burjuman - one of Dubai's premiere malls - is a mere 5 minutes away. . The golden sands and pristine waters of Dubai make for a great day at the beach, especially during the winter months.
