I had an amazing experience during my stay—everything was top-notch from start to finish. The sky lounge was absolutely stunning, offering both comfort and breathtaking views. A special thanks to Jayhmn and Nur from the guest experience team for their exceptional help and guidance throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly elevated the entire stay. Highly recommended!

This is my repeated stay in sls hotel and as usual I am impressed by number of staff like noor, Laura, othman, mahmooud, yassin, stifan (restaurant security),  Victor, alyas, lenit (kanyian lady in the restaurant), marry (the kanyian lady on room service ) and karyin,,  all of them are impressive and kind,,, they deserve special care and appreciation, they are the most valuable asset in this hotel, we are addicted to stay here because of them..... thanks

Fabulous

Where to start. We booked a BMW through SLS to pick us up in Abu Dhabi and take us to SLS Dubai. They sent a van and the concierge told us it was an “upgrade” expecting a thank you. It was extremely uncomfortable. When we first checked in (Saturday), we were told by reception that there was a pool party at the pool and we had to pay 250aed each to go. This ended up being false and was only the price for non-hotel guests (we were literally checking into our room at the time). We decided to check out the pool only to find no seats available. So nice of them to rake in some extra money from non-hotel guests while their guests struggle to enjoy their stay. We ended up making a reservation for the pool seating (Privilege) and the hostess still struggled to find us open seats. Server took 15 min to come over to us and the drinks another 15 min to come out. We had one drink each and left at (almost) sunset because we wanted to get out of there. Our room was a “city view”. When we opened the blinds all we saw was dirt unlike all the pictures of our booking. Maybe future city? The lighting is cheap and buzzes in the rooms. They offered to make it up to us if we booked another night…that’s not how it works. At the edge of the balcony, you can see half of Dubai but don’t sit out there too long, the WiFi does not go through the sliding door and they have sensors to ensure the door stays closed. I’m shocked and blown away by the utter selfishness and mismanagement SLS Dubai showed us all in a matter of 8 hours before we left for the airport. Hard to trust another SLS Hotel after this experience. All other hotels we stayed at in Dubai were top notch compared to here. Find somewhere else.

Careful. Nothing luxury here other than the restaurants. Unprofessional and disappointing. Truly shocked.
