L’hôtel est parfait, l’accueil a été très agréable. L’ensemble de l’équipe à été aux petits soins avec nous. Petit déjeuner très varié avec beaucoup de variétés différentes. Le ménage était fait minutieusement tous les jours. Je remercie Rony (superviseur) , Piosan et mairazul. Merci encore je conseil cet hôtel !!!

Excellente RAS

I have mixed feelings about my experience, I did not like the welcome we received at the hotel: the day we arrived, we were told that our room had not been paid for, even though on the Agoda website, we had received our confirmed reservation and paid, and above all, the money had been taken out of my bank account. There was a problem with the hotel. The hotel made us wait more than an hour at the reception after a long trip with the children, they asked us to leave a bank trace if we wanted to have the keys to the room. We remained very stressed during the first week because they still had not resolved the problem, in parentheses that it was not our responsibility because everything was clear on our side.)

Regarding breakfast, it was varied. Regarding the breakfast atmosphere: too much noise, it's a shame that the windows have curtains, we can't enjoy the panoramic view during breakfast. Regarding the pool, it's also very noisy, not enough deckchairs and very little sun.
Room : The light from the corridor is strong and passes under the bedroom doors

Luckily, Esma was there as Guest Relations, who was very efficient and made things easier for us. Many thanks again.

Very dissatisfied with the hotel

I booked and paid for my room through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the staff falsely claimed that my reservation had been canceled by Booking. I contacted Booking.com directly, and they confirmed that nothing had been canceled on their end. But honestly, the worst part wasn’t even the lie—it was the awful service.

The receptionists, May and Aigerim, were completely unhelpful, lacked basic knowledge of how Booking works, and couldn’t communicate properly in English. On top of that, they were rude and looked down on me as if I was bothering them by asking for help. The staff is weak, very weak.

They completely ruined my mood, and I will make sure to leave reviews everywhere so that others know exactly what kind of place this is and where not to stay.

Every thing was good the house keeping supervisor  Rony  ———————-     and jojo also was so great  ——————————————————————————the breakfast was good the receptionist was made check in for me was great also
