Amazing, relaxing place. Room was great and the staff really looked after us. 
Food exceptional. All the staff on the premier lounge were fantastic, friendly and helpful. 
My second visit and they remembered, felt so grateful. 
Salman in particular was so helpful and his attention to detail was outstanding. 
Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Bintang and salman made our return visit superb. Salman recognised us from our initial visit in September 2024. 

Family holiday

It was a great week how all hotelworkers were so extremely friendly and helpful if there were any questions. I really enjoyed the food, drinks and ambience. The cake-snacks between 14:00-16:00 where very tasty and exactly the right size to make the belly happy.

Was wonderful to be in sofitel

It was a wonderfull Service from the Club lounge ( Komang, Rahul, Elena) and in all the beautifull Restaurants on the whole sofitel area. I really want to say how good the service is. The food, drinks  and the Ambience is perfect. I really enjoyed every moment I spent in this wonderfull hotel.
