Pool

Yolanda was our favorite waitress on the beach and at the pool. She let me practice my Spanish and was so kind and fast at getting our drinks. She remembered our names and always had a smile on her face. The staff here is excellent and the rooms are clean.

Great staff+

Good service at this resort but most of the food was not good especially the steak house.Room service food was trash. The Korean restaurant had some good food.

Nice resort

This was our first all inclusive but the food, beach, rooms and staff were all amazing. We were really able to relax and unwind! 
They are always doing regular cleaning and maintenance around the grounds to keep it in the paradise condition that it is.

A wonderful resort!

Overall was very nice place, very good food, comfortable clean rooms.  Some renovations going on around pools…which only make it better.
Enjoyed water aerobics every day.  Disappointed that 2 of the restaurants were closed for evening dining (different nights) once during our week stay.  No notice given early so had to change plans.

Me and my family stayed here from February 18th- 25th .The only reason i’m giving 4 star is the cleanliness, grounds, service and beach all of those mentioned were above and beyond.  The food I don’t think is even 3 stars the buffet for the size of the resort and number guests is VERY small compared to other all inclusive and the choices are very limited and the quality of whats available is not good, we went to the Japanese and Italian restaurants and thought they were very good and a way better option than the buffet. Another complaint was they do not offer any water bottles in the resort only water bottles with refill stations we were only provided 2 for 4 people to drink and brush teeth also the water is warm. The beach is very spacious and was one of my favourite parts of the vacation. Overall good vacation with some improvements needed.
