2023 Was the best trip ever! I would rate this place a 10 out of 10! Food was amazing, staff was amazing, drinks were soooo awesome, and the  rooms were  very clean!  Stocked daily and cleaned daily! All the restaurants were fabulous, kayaking in front of resort was cool- even though I am chicken so I hate not seeing whats under me, but cool we had that option, the pools were fun! loved the kids area was separated from adults so adults can have the music a nd bar side and kids side was more chill and relaxed. loved having your own chairs up front if you wanted and had a server come around and serve us drinks as we laid out! Total package! I need to come back soon!

The hotel was perfect, well located and the food was excellent. Paty the girl doing tacos on the left side of the hotel during lunch was amazing. If you have kids it’s perfect everything it’s close.  The beach was good also but small. And the hotel is not close to another one so you don’t have to deal with salesman’s on the beach because you have none

Family vacation

The Hilton Cancun All Inclusive Resort is a great family destination. We have visited the resort on three separate occasions and have enjoyed each stay a great deal. 

We felt the food, drinks, and service throughout the resort was top notch during each of our stays. Rooms have always been very clean and well maintained. 

The kids club offers many unique activities for kids to take part in throughout the day and is conveniently located near the pool area so the rest of the family can stay relatively close after dropping off your child. 

We would highly recommend the Hilton All Inclusive Resort for any family that is planning a getaway in Cancun.

A Great Resort for a Family Visit to Cancun

We had a wonderful vacation. My daughter loved the kids' club and the entire team. We are so grateful for all the beautiful crafts and colorful face painting.
The food and all the drinks were so delicious. And everybody at the hotel was so nice and friendly.

I want to express my gratitude to Erik Marun Castaneda from guest services for helping to make our spring break so very special. From the moment I called to verify some information he helped me and gave us outstanding service, through our stay he made sure we were being token care for.  It's the second year that we have stayed in this hotel.  And we will continue to go back. Also want to say thank you to the front desk people who were amazing. Equally I want to say that while the breakfast I the
Mexican restaurant is smaller and with less variety than the big restaurant the service is fantastic and the quesadilla lady really know how to make the best quesadillas. Looking forward to our next spring break.
