General view

Was here for a wedding and had an incredible time.  The facilities were great, so many pools and incredible views.  The beach was very family-friendly, including some free gear rentals.  We were in the heritage villas and our butler Daniel was truly amazing.  From food, recommendations, transportation and everything in between, he was just the best; clear, kind and always available.  We were here with a 3 & 1 year old and they had no shortage of things to do, including some dedicated kids areas and plenty of food options

I had an amazing time @ Fairmont Myakoba.
The views were spectacular, service was excellent, and the ambience was beautiful. 
We even had a butler named Fernanda who always went above and beyond to ensure that my Mom & I had the most pleasant stay. She was so sweet, professional, hardworking (along with the entire staff), and made us feel at home. I was very grateful for Fernanda and is one of the main reasons that I will go back with my family and friends. 
I was @ the hotel for a wedding and everything was perfectly coordinated. I had a memorable time and highly recommend this hotel. I travel a lot and found that this resort was a true gem.

Wonderful resort

My experience at Fairmont Mayakoba was amazing. The location was perfect, the property was incredibly clean and the food was amazing. The attention to detail elevated this hotel from so many in the Cancun, Playa del Carmen area. The food was specifically amazing with many choices to choose from and all the restaurant better than the other. The one thing I wasn't too fond of was the beach and not because it wasn't beautiful but due to the Jelly Fish in the area. However, I believe this was influenced by the season during our visit. There was also a lack of activities available during the night, resulting in an absence of nightlife. besides that, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Incredible Property

Alfonso the Bellman was amazing! Very helpful and upbeat and knowledgeable about the property!
The food and drink ar the Steak House was excellent too! 
The rooms are great and the golf cart drivers do an excellent job.
The location and amenities are outstanding!

Excellent Experience

We had another fantastic trip to the Fairmont Mayakoba. It’s our 4th or 5th time to the property. We had a beach area casita with a butler, Edgar. He was simply fantastic - made all dinner and cabana reservations for us, picked us up whenever needed before dinners, arrival, and departure, and was just generally a really nice person. The food was all great. We got room service breakfast twice and for winner went to Gaia twice, Fuego twice, Bassano once, Tauro once (all at Fairmont), and Saffron once (at connected Banyan Tree resort. All were great! Breakfast and lunch at Brisas and Hix (sushi), were excellent, and even the pool and beach food was really good. We didn’t have a bad meal the entire time. All staff super friendly. The grounds are also beautiful. We will be back!
