Beach

The waitstaff and food were wonderful! Karen our butler and Febe our Concierge were top notch.  They were very attentive and very sweet. They both went out of their way to accomdate us and make our trip rememberable and wonderful.
We will be back!!

Fantastic

The bar tender at salted rim were amazing and friendly and made amazing cocktails and mixed drinks. They had excellent customer service   
These included Gibran, Victor and Luis

Salted Rim

Currently at the resort now, 1 week down and 1 week to go. 
Nice looking resort, very fresh and modern looking. The staff are generally amazing and go out of there way to make your stay great 
Food is acceptable, but nothing special and it is generally served luke warm. The best place to eat in my opinion is the Boathouse.
If you like your cocktals made with the cheapest ingredients possible then this is the place to come, typical drinks and nothing special.
I am a white rum drinker, Bacardi, Matusalem etc, nothing special or top shelf. Absolutely crazy, but the bars cannot even get that in stock, for a supposedly premium resort they seem to offer a bottom cattle class drinks service.
Coming to an all inclusive resort and having to bring your own drinks - wow, shame on you Karisma.
Loyal customer going back 9 years, will I visit Karisma resorts again - extremely doubtful.

All front and no support

No beach - no problem! Great resort with fantastic food, excellent staff and an on site brewery!
It was our first visit as Prestige members and really felt we benefited as all the stress was taken away regarding booking restaurants etc and our Butlers, Frida and Isaac were really friendly, efficient and helpful.
All the restaurants were excellent - plenty of excellent choices and I really enjoyed the brewery with its four choices of beers. 
Although there is currently no beach we really enjoyed the pools and always found there was no shortage of sun beds. Let’s hope that they can reclaim the beach in the coming years.

Alain and Irwin is the best bartender/server duo in the place! Food was great!  We were at Search & Refill and had so much fun! Pools everywhere and shade if you want it.  Our group couldn't of had more fun Five stars for sure☆☆☆☆☆. We will definitely be back!
