General view

Perfect stay, everything is clean and quite here. We enjoyed very much our stay. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is very generous !
The pool is just wow, so we had a room with pool access. I recommend !

Inconsistent would say a 4* at best (we stayed at 3* all over Bali prior to this stay which was meant to be the luxury week and other hotels were much nicer) 
Building site right next door constant drilling 7 days a week 9-6pm! If we had known this at time of booking we would have cancelled as this booking was to relax and hear the ocean and nature not a building site! Heard throughout pool, rooms …everywhere! 
Pool towels smell bad and are really worn out some with holes. Hotel itself looks unfinished in places but tired looking. Reception / information centre English speaking is quite poor we asked about any plans for children for Easter as surrounding beach clubs had big family events on but they said they didn’t understand & had nothing on, then 2 days later lots of decorations came and they did a treasure Easter egg hunt but they messaged on the day v not knowing at reception /events. 
Staff are lovely can’t fault how friendly they are just not always consistent with what’s on / available … sunset drinks we had an offer due to our length of stay but each night a different staff member had different rules re non alcoholic options which became frustrating! 
Mini bar is meant to be replenished each day but inconsistent same with towels, cleaning in room. 
Room bins had midnight visitors every evening had to move the bin even when empty from the lizards that came through the wall!

Disappointing was more average than the idealised luxury expected :-(

Lovely stay - staff were wonderful and helpful. A bit of noise from construction next door but we knew that from reading other reviews - it was only in the middle of the day. Apart from that the hotel was very peaceful. Nice pool and right on the beach. Loved our stay

Wonderful stay

This hotel is excellent. The staff are always very friendly and nothing seems too much of a request. They are always happy and smiling. Would definitely come back. I loved that I could surf straight out the front of the hotel or head down the beach with my daughter for a beginners wave

Exactly as expected

I stayed at Swarga Suites for several days and it was such a nice hotel with the sweetest people! Santhi did my check in and upgraded my room and she also did my check out! Unfortunate I only stayed for 3 nights. I would definitly come back to this hotel when in Canggu!
