It was a great experience to stay there. Staff is helpful and buffet was delicious you will get so many choice to eat 
Puteri helped us to visit some sight scene like Kechak Dance and many more……..and she gave us some fruits and coffee when I checked out from there

I stayed at this hotel for five days and was so pleased I made this choice.  Rooms are roomy and clean (I got a smaller suite and was fine with it).  A good many cable channels including CNN.   

Be forewarned: the tub/showers are the step-up-and-in.  There are no grab bars so it was a little challenging to maneuver.  I sat in the narrow tub one time and had a hard time getting out as safely as possible.  That was my only caveat with the room.

SOIREE, on the 6th floor is open air bar and restaurant.  It became my favorite go to spot late each mourning for a dip in the smaller, more private pools as well as a drink.  The breezes make it difficult to leave this space.

Breakfast spread was excellent and the barista made my espresso exactly how I liked it.  Pork belly appetizer for dinner was divine.  I had pizza twice--they are among the better ones in Bali.  Though the top is nice and crispy, the bottom could use more heat. 

Prices for food, drinks, and laundry are very reasonable and I used all services to my satisfaction.

This hotel is located in a busy little neighborhood with tight streets.  But I was never bored with each morning and evening walk around the area.

Another excellent hotel in Kuta--service, quality, and cost!

My partner and I had the most amazing experience at Four Points. The rooms were great, and everything about our stay was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to Chris and his colleagues, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their recommendations on sites to see and places to visit were spot on, adding so much value to our trip. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience absolutely the best! Highly recommended!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!

Stayed here for a week. Staff amazing, every one of them polite and friendly. We had a swim up room and it was a blessing in the afternoons when we either went in the pool or just sat by the side of our rooms in the shade. Pool here was deeper than the roof top one so cooler. The rooftop pool was nice too with comfy sunbeds to match with umbrellas. Only had the breakfast at the hotel . Had fresh fruit and pastries as well as meals
Cooked with eggs. Also had a coffee station. The surrounding streets have very cheap restaurants especially the warungs. We never paid more that £10 for a meal for two with alcoholic drinks. Bed in room was massive and really comfy. Shower had amazing pressure and lovely and hot. For two bottles of water daily and coffee/tea replacement. Shower gel/shampoo and conditioner available in shower on the wall.  Not a huge amount of storage available. Lovely hotel would recommend.

First week of a two week multi centre

Great hotel in middle of chaotic Kuta.   First time visiting Bali.  Wasn't really impressed with Kuta so ended up booking many nights away travelling to Ubud, Gili Islands and Sanur which were definitely more what we were expecting Bali to be like. Kuta is full of traffic and shops.  Beach and sea dirty and full of touts so lots of hassle.     Initial room was not suitable due to facing the children's pool and noisy early morning with kids shouting.  This was soon rectified and we were moved to a quieter lagoon facing room.   Quite a lot of damp and mould smells in the rooms due to the lagoon pool and high humidity.   Staff and food are amazing and are the glue holding this hotel together.   Its very popular and breakfast times hectic.   We really enjoyed a quiet drink of an evening at the downstairs bar and lovely singer on a few times a week.   Food and bbq night of an evening were excellent.

THERE'S GOOD AND BAD WITH THIS HOTEL - MOSTLY DUE TO LOCATION RATHER THAN THE HOTEL ITSELF
