Not really bad, but I think that the price of this hotel is overpriced, concerning that building is on renovation, and I have bad experience regarding to check in, since it use app to check in, my email almost got hacked. Please make it more convenient

So-so Hotel to Stay

Stayed 2 nights here for work, and honestly, the location is spot on—super close to Kuta Beach, a mall, and a bunch of clubs. If you’re all about being in the heart of the action, this place has a killer location.

As for the room, it’s okay. I stayed in a Deluxe room since the hotel was provided by my office (not staying with my husband, who's a Wyndham Diamond member, so no free upgrade this time). The room’s not huge and only has a shower, but it’s clean and the pillows are comfy. I did love the scent of the soap and shampoo—gingseng scent that lasts a while. Nice touch!

Breakfast-wise, though, it could use some work. There wasn’t a ton of variety, and to be honest, I wasn’t too impressed with the menu. The management might wanna look into improving that.

The staff at the front office was okay, but I felt like they weren’t as sharp as they could be. I asked to extend my stay for a day, but when I was told the room wasn’t available, I had to leave my bags at the front desk for them to be moved to my new room. The staff handling this process didn’t seem super quick on the uptake. I had to ask for a receipt for the bags—it should’ve been automatic, ya know? Small thing, but kinda annoying.

Would I stay here again? Maybe. It's not the best option out there, but it's still a decent spot with a great location.

Good Location, Decent Stay, Room for Improvement

Stayed here for 3 nights for work and honestly, the location is 🔥. Super close to Kuta Beach and mall. So, if you want to be in the middle of the Bali action, it’s a great spot. Room-wise, it’s decent. Got the Deluxe room, the room's not massive, and it’s just a shower, but it’s clean, the bed and pillows are comfy enough. Breakfast? Meh. Not much choices, and tbh, I wasn’t feeling the menu. They could definitely step it up in that department. The front desk staff? They’re nice, but kinda slow. Would I come back? Maybe!!?! It’s not the best place out there, but the location’s a win, and it’s decent enough if you just need a place to crash while you’re out exploring Bali.

Solid Spot, But Could Be Better

Recommended , worth the price, staff are nice and so helpfull, they serve us so quick when we need / request, the place is so beautiful , the room is clean and very nice. I love my pool access room. I will definitely recommend the hotel to people.

Great Location

Beach front location only steps away to the beach, only minutes from the Denpasar International Airport, walking distance to shopping centre, dining and entertainment facilities. The hotel is located beach front and within walking distance to major shopping mall, restaurants and night life in Kuta Beach.
