We had a wonderful time at Novotel Bali particularly due to it’s beautiful location and to the helpfulness of the staff. 
At reception, Midi managed to find our family of 11, 3 rooms that accommodated us very comfortably in well appointed garden settings. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the activities in the kids club and we took advantage of the delicious variety of dining opportunities there and nearby.

A wonderful stay.

Wijaya, and dwi (trainee) were very friendly they did our room service and kept our room clean and tidy, we were very happy with the service provided. Requested for more coffee and water and they gave us as what we wanted,......

We had such a lovely time at Novotel Bali Benoa! The staff at the reception were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The resort has a nice blend of traditional Balinese style and modern comfort, which made it feel cozy and relaxing.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a really nice tropical feel. The bed was comfortable and there was daily cleaning service. The gardens were beautiful, and the pools—especially the one by the beach—were perfect for chilling out.

The location is great too. The beach is right there and the water is calm, which is awesome for swimming . Breakfast was also a big plus—lots of tasty options to choose from, both local and international.The staff at the restraunt were very hospitable.

What really made the stay special was the staff at the  INBALANCE Spa.There were excellent and experienced message therapists . Narni,Sulis,Wartini,Eka,Were,Suci,Julie and others at the spa  were always cheerful and were experts in Balinese massage.

Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy some Balinese charm. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!


An Amazing Relaxing Stay with Great Balinese Vibes

Hotel’s restaurant had really good food and the front pool and beach were also really nice. Extra credit to Supatra the housekeeping staff for keeping our room tidy and doing it in a timely fashion too.
Taking one star off as the adult pool was closed throughout our entire stay due to maintenance.

Comfortable stay with great restaurant food

We have been staying at the Novotel Benoa for over 20 years. We have stayed in almost every category of room and have had an exceptional experience. This time we decided to spoil ourselves and book a 1 bedroom pool villa and this was the first time since the renovations. The checkin experience seemed a little lacklustre as previously we could sit and we were bought cold towels to refresh ourselves with. Whilst the pool villa was really beautiful we had a few issues in the week that we stayed. Noise from high pressure cleaners (including getting wet while sitting on the gazebo),  maintenance  in the villas next to us resulting in noise and  staff fixing the roof thatching on the villa next door resulted in no privacy at times. On one of the days our pool went green and we had to leave our villa for it to be fixed.  We didn’t receive any follow-up and found the pool to be over chlorinated for the next 24 hours. Pool towels were not replaced. For the price I did expect a little more given that others room types had a nightly cocktail or a lunch/dinner included.  Overall ok but not up to the standard  I was expecting.

A little disappointing
