Great Experience in Hyatt Regency Bali, we just had some very nice days in this great destination and hotel. All personel are very friendly and helpful to solve any issues we had. Impecable installations, very clean and in very good state. Devi gave us a great service in the restaurant.

Great stay at Hyatt Regency Bali

Did not live up to expectations I'm afraid.  We stayed previously at Grand Hyatt and Conrad in Nusa Dua. We expected to have an equivalent experience with good sized rooms, turn down service and good access to lounge chairs. Unfortunately our standard room was tiny and had to pay a significant amount more for a premium room just to get more space for our 5 days there. I would have thought that would have included club access as it was an exorbitant extra amount but alas no. 
The staff are excellent from the gardeners to housekeeping. House keeping was often late in the afternoon at 5pm which meant all day for us without clean towels. 
Many people were reserving lounge chairs, and we often could not sit next to the pool. In saying that the pool was busy with families and very noisy. We took quiet refuge to the adults pool at the fitness centre. The sauna is excellent although not open until 9am. The beach is really lovely and easy walk to other shops or restaurants.
I'm afraid we won't return to Hyatt Regency due to old building with a long way to walk between the 3 room blocks, size of the room and not value for money for a 5 star resort. There are better 5 star hotels in Bali.

Did not live up to expectations

The resort is well maintained even though it is a bit dated. The staff there are excellent.  The pool is great with immediate access to the beach. It is located with nearby shops and restaurants so you don't feel isolated.  The new Icon Bali Sanur shopping centre is only 30 minutes walk from the resort.  We will be staying there again in the future.

Bel hôtel mais surcoté. Les abords de la piscine laissent trop de verres et assiettes de déchets non ramassés.  Malgré les nombreux transats la piscine est vite surpeuplée. Petit déjeuner très bien mais cher. Emplacement idéal sur la mer avec belle promenade

A beautiful hotel. I loved the fact that I had a glimpse of the Ocean from my garden view room. Gardens are superb, food was excellent, pools lovely.  When booking I would suggest asking to be in a building closer to main reception building as otherwise you are constantly having to walk back there in order to get anywhere. Access to the front of the property is difficult (not enough access points) so there is a lot of backtracking required and you often feel like you're walking around in circles and taking the long way but there is no other option. There were a few older people I saw struggling with the distances so keep this in mind if you're injured or elderly. 
The beach is great out the front. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous resort stay
