I had an accident just before I arrived and seriously hurt my ankle. There was some confusion over a wheelchair when we arrived but as soon as I got the contaxt details from Sam he sorted this out and I had it for the rest of my stay. Sam arranged for a lovely doctor and nurse to come to my room. I was examined and prescribed medication and advice.  I am so grateful as I can't walk for long to the doctors outside the hotel. Sam also made recommendation for a show appropriate for my child and my accessibility with the wheelchair.  Sam went above and beyond.  I am sorry I didn't get to see him before I left to thank him personally. He made the stay a truly great experience.  I would have been confined to the hotel room otherwise.  All the other staff are lovely and smiley. I would recommend for any families!

The breeze garden was lovely , and the hotel seemed very calm. Such a lovely hotel. The beaches were also very beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to come back here again with my family or friends.

Kamarnya bagus, bersih, dan nyaman banget buat istirahat. Desain kamar juga modern tapi tetap terasa homey. Staff-staff di sini ramah dan sangat friendly, dari awal check-in sampai check-out semuanya membantu dan sopan.
Lokasi hotel juga strategis, dekat dengan pantai Sanur, jadi gampang banget kalau mau jalan-jalan santai di tepi pantai.
Suasana di dalam resort tenang, adem, banyak taman-taman hijau yang bikin betah.
Cocok banget buat liburan keluarga, honeymoon, atau sekadar staycation santai di Bali.
Pasti bakal balik lagi kalau ada kesempatan!

great service not only from the departments but excellence service from anna (front office) she sure help us while we're staying at the hotel, thumbs up for anna. the room is clean and comfortable enough, unfortunately the breakfast a lil bit plain for the porridge
