The hotel sanur was poor from the start we had to move rooms and water was piuring constantly from the toilet cistern and the bed sheet was stained they upgrade us and moved us to another room , we were nearly not served dinner that evening  as we arrived quite late reception  said dinner would be served until 10.30.we went down afer checking it was okay to do so for dinner with reception at 10.15 it was open and it was clear the lady did not want to attend to us saying they are finished I advised  them reception had sent us down and  eventually we were served an okay dinner  awith the lady saying we have 25 minutes to eat . This was not a good impression and tha standard of everywhere ib the hotel was  very poor this hotel needs a major overhaul we had stayed in 4 other other hotels on our holiday here abd the standard was amazing the drains stank also .
We were guven a room on last day to supposedly change  abd shower it was unbelivable what we were given disgusting they would of been better telling us nothing was available  as the roon was a complete state and dangerous . WILL NOT BE STAYING EVER AGAIN .

Really bad experience

I was very disappointed at the state of repair at this hotel, there is an accident waiting to happen. The decking was loose and parts missing, my chair went down a hole by the bar, the decking needs treating and nailed back down, we stayed in a bolted far superior beforehand and was shocked when we arrived. The building needs re rendering and cleaned up. Apart from that had somewhere to stay close to amenities and the staff do not let the hotel down it’s the hotel lets them down, they are exceptional and friendly. The breakfast is good a varied choice just a bit confusing that all eggs are not together but at different stations. We only spent the last day around the pool we used the beach beds that’s are assigned to the hotel. People are reserving their beds from very early and that grates me.

Tired but ok

We stayed at the Watujimbar Resort for two weeks booking 3 rooms for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 grandparents. Other family members arrived for the last week.  The staff were all very warm, professional and welcoming. The resort we found to be well located near the beach and surrounded by fantastic, restaurants, shop, markets, spa's and walking distance to the icon. We grew to love the hotel despite the fact it needs a bit of work doing. Our rooms were super comfortable, clean and had great air con. The breakfast was large and varied but could perhaps have has more fresh fruit options. The pool is a fantastic and we all made full use of it. The deck needs to be replaced around it and the hotel could benefit from a repaint outside and a few rea's are in need of work but overall we would happily return and our family loved the stay. I would not pay extra for the jacuzzi bath room as we did not use them in any of our rooms. Overall we had a wonderful stay and were well cared for.

What a great hotel, the pool is amazing the food selection and quality is superb you must try the sale plecing if you like some heat and the staff are super friendly in particular the nicest man in Bali Lintang. I have visited twice and will come back to this hotel on my next holiday

Superb hotel

We were 2 families in 2 rooms close to each other. We stayed 11 days and enjoyed it very much. Nice and large rooms, excellent breakfast and smiling, pleasant and service minded staff. We come back to this hotel at least once a year and Mr.Lintang recognizes us every year. He is the most kind and service minded person we have ever met. It is definitely also thank to him that we keep coming back to this hotel.
