Honestly I don’t know where to start. This hotel is disappointing on so many levels. Very noisy rooms making it hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet was lacking in so many areas. For example, only two types of fruit seemed to be available on any given day and small glasses of yogurt in a fridge, generally only one flavour available. My biggest gripe though was the continual phone calls to my room when I had my Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I was called repeatedly (waking me up once) and even sent a text asking me if I was okay and questioning why I didn’t want my room serviced. Ummm, I didn’t want to be disturbed! I would never stay here again. There are so many better hotels in Bali.

A special thank you to the Front Office and Guest Experience team—Angela, Nadya, and Amel—for your warm hospitality and remarkable attention to detail. I am especially grateful to the FBS and FB Kitchen teams for organizing a truly unforgettable surprise birthday dinner celebration for my wife. Your thoughtful efforts meant a great deal to us and made the occasion truly special.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Winadi and the Recreation team for their dedication and enthusiasm, which greatly enriched our experience and made our stay even more memorable.

Thank you once again for creating such a wonderful and lasting impression on me and my family. I wish Grand Mercure Seminyak continued growth and success in the years to come.

The hotel is excellent, with a strategic location that makes it easy to get around, and the service is incredibly friend

This is a very nice hotel with great amenities and great service all round. It is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. A great central location!
The room is nice and spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. The poolside area is great for a nice relaxation with friendly service (eg Wanadi).

A wonderful hotel in a great location

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Winadi was always happy and helpful, a friendly person to talk to. the food was top notch with ample variety. spent many a lazy day floating in the pool, be careful because the swim up bar is very tempting, just one more Bintang.

I booked the executive suite which for the money was a bit underwhelming. Plenty of room but the couch was stained and it was hard to work out the lighting switches. The fridge was also not very cold and missing the control knob. The shower was good as was the air con but the taps weren’t standard hot and cold side like in Australia but after a couple of days we worked it out.  Location was good and the staff were fantastic. Winadi was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. Poolside lounges and bean bags were mostly available when you needed them. If I was to stay here again a would probably book a pool access room.
