Amazing property. The staff is lovely. Everyone right from the reception to the Skybar to house keeping staff is so helpful.......the rooms are bright and clean, location is fantastic - just 2 mins on foot from the BTS station and 7 mins from MBK center. Kudos to the staff manning the breakfast area. Also.....Nhui (the Bellman) and O (the person serving drinks at the Skybar) were great...helpful, cheerful and warm. I had a very fulfilling stay here.......and look forward to staying here in my next trip.

Amazing property with great staff, nice location and nice rooms

This would be my 6th time staying this hotel. Overall still pleasant and good stay even though I could see the hotel seems aged quite abit. Nonetheless, they are in partial renovation I think currently and while ibis side is close (sadly my another group of friend are staying there got transfer out to another place Sukhumvit 24 without being inform prior their stay end up we have to arrange to meet before going exploring). This time I felt that the new change especially the free drink bar are free during my stay and I got the chance to be staying highest floor. The down side of the room would be the window seems to be dirty from the outside for me to take any good photos from the room. Also the showering drainage was bad as the water was flowing too slowly and created a pending while even left to slowly drain there will be some puddles of water in the middle of the area.

Location wise nothing much for me to repeat. BTS and Malls are withing reach. Good food and restaurant are walking distance.

Good place to stay but in terms of pricing might me abit of a higher side over $100/Night for me which i expect the price between $70-90/Night range.

If I were to choose again I would come back same hotel due to location. But If i wanted something fresh would choose somewhere newer hotel with the same benefits (BTS/MRT, Convenient stalls) if there is. 

My 6th same hotel stay. Good but could be better this time.

From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay was truly delightful. The service was not only prompt but also genuinely warm and friendly—something that made me feel instantly at home.

A heartfelt Thank you to the amazing housekeeping team for keeping everything immaculate, bar attendant (Mr. O)  at lobby, and to the front office team for their consistently welcoming attitude. Special appreciation goes to Ms. Mary (Asst Guest Relations Manager) at the front desk, whose kind assistance and professionalism made a lasting impression. I’d also like to commend Ms. Duen, the Front Office Manager, for leading such a well-coordinated and guest-focused team—her leadership clearly shines through in the service delivered.

The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—just what I needed to unwind and recharge. It was a truly lovely stay, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the fantastic work! Please do convey to the team member for their hard work and dedications Will be back!

Exceptional Stay with Warm, Thoughtful Service

Many thanks for your arrangement. I love the room, view and floor. Location is convenience. It is so perfect.  
The check in and check out experience is efficient. Breakfast experience is also great.
