The welcome from the reseption was unprofessional. 
The room is okej. Clean. 
The cleaning of the room is so late that it's desurbing our hole afternoon.  
After a day on the beaches you want to have a rest in the room. But no. They are coming around 3.30 pm. You can't relax until the are done.

Okej but not a place for longstay.

From the very moment we arrived and were offered a seat and ice cold apple juice, I knew this place would be great.  The room was clean and well laid out and the pool was the best private pool I have experienced, large and clean - an amazing place to laze away the afternoon after a morning of exploring Samui.
The staff were fantastic, always going out of their way to great us and find ways to make our stay better.  The breakfasts were always varied and tasty and the bar / restaurant mixed  a great Long Island.
Cannot recommend enough, although I probably shouldn’t because I want it to be available when I return.

A great place to relax, unwind and chill

Lovely resort  close to everything. Amazing beach front. Hotel has the free taxi service to Central Chaweng Mall.
Breakfast is great, and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
Beach front villa with pool is amazing. Live entertainment and lots more

The very best hotel in Samui, stayed here several times and it just gets better everytime and i really do not know how that is possible its already 6*  the staff from check in to check out are amazing so warm and friendly nothing is a problem always smiling and helpful very lovely staff super friendly and efficient, lovely rooms we choose a Pool Ocean Villa absolutely amazing, the new restaurant beach bar new this year is fantastic lovely staff and fantastic food and great cocktails Khun Tum was amazing lovely staff, this hotel is the best in Samui great holiday atmosphere full of warm welcome and smiles great rooms food and service The best in Samui keep up the good work !!!

The very best hotel in Samui 6*

A wonderful hotel that offers private villas with pools. There is also one big pool for the hotel guests. Hotel is directly on beach and actually I haven’t used the pools. The villa is very spacious with a small terrace by the private pool. A rarity is the Nespresso coffee machine in your room. The breakfast unfortunately isn’t that great.
