Absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived! The staff were outstanding! 
We booked a premium view ocean suite, the view was amazing! Our suite/pool was perfect! The lady who turned down our bedroom every night left us a gift. 
The beach is incredible, spotless, calm warm water with great views, we even had waiter service, if you pressed your buzzer ( we didn’t ) but he kept bringing water. 
As the hotel is cut off a little we ate at the hotel. Breakfast was my favourite! We ate about three courses! With fresh coconut water every morning! Far too much choice! 
We ate lunch on the beach ( big portions ) and we ate in the main restaurant and Saffron, again huge portions! We did prefer the main restaurant. The cocktails were fantastic! 
We just couldn’t fault this hotel, it was all about attention to detail. The staff played a big part in our perfect stay! 
We will be back !

Hotel espectacular con un servicio excelente. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Las instalaciones son estupendas pero el trato de todas las personas que trabajan en RRPP, restaurantes etc mejora mucho la mejor de nuestras expectativas.

What a fantastic place , beautiful hotel , but more impressive are the staff . From the amazing reception team to the fantastic water sports crew . A special thank you for the kindness of Tar and Toey who made our children’s time very special and  Don our wonderful Thai boxing class instructor .

Wonderful family hotel

We spent a few wonderful days at the Banyan Tree Krabi. The great beach, the wonderful food and the warm service deserve special mention. The staff were very eager to fulfill our wishes at all times. Our children especially enjoyed the children's pool with the slide, the Kids Club and the Thai boxing lesson with Don. A big thank you to everyone at this point!

A fabulous resort. The setting is stunning. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to make sure you feel well looked after. The food and service at Saffron is superb and feels special. We loved visiting the elephant sanctuary and half day on a luxury longboat, as well as kayaking and relaxing!
