Our stay at The Tubkaak in Krabi was absolutely incredible — from start to finish, it felt like a dream. The resort is stunning, set against a peaceful, secluded beach with breathtaking views of the islands. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a slower pace of life surrounded by nature and luxury.

What really makes The Tubkaak stand out are all the little thoughtful touches that add such a special feeling to the stay — from beautifully prepared rooms to unexpected treats and personalized service that made us feel genuinely cared for.

The food was unreal — every single meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Dining by the beach with that view made it even more memorable.

The entire team at The Tubkaak is amazing — friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything you need, without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere they create is warm, welcoming, and relaxed.

We want to give a very special thank you to Supa, who is truly outstanding at her job. Supa went above and beyond every single day — she was attentive, thoughtful, and so genuine in her care. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, and she played such a big part in making our experience unforgettable. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does, and it shines through in every interaction.

This was more than just a hotel stay — it was an experience that left us feeling recharged, cared for, and already dreaming of coming back. Thank you to everyone at The Tubkaak, and especially to Supa, for making it so special.

Truly Special Stay at The Tubkaak – Pure Paradise!

Spent 3 nights in this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip. We had a fabulous stay here. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was very good with a good selection as well as the food in the Thai restaurant. We ate in the Italian one night, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his lamb cutlets however my pizza was a little over cooked, this along with service being a bit slow here were the only negative experiences we had. Good gym on site. Complimentary kayaking and paddle boarding available on the beach. 

Highlight was watching the sunset whilst enjoying happy hour cocktails on the beach. 

We would not hesitate recommending this hotel to others. 

Excellent stay! 

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel for 7nights . It was so relaxing just what we needed. From reading reviews we knew it was going to be lovely but it exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about this hotel, the rooms are lovely , I thought the outdoor shower and bath was amazing. We arrived around 2100 hrs so it was quite late so didn’t notice that the bath was full of petals , the bed was decorated with our names on and there was chocolate cake for my husband’s birthday so lovely. Our room overlooked the pool which was great. The breakfast had so much to choose from I liked that the breads and pastries along with homemade yogurt meats and cheeses were all in a separate refrigerated unit which kept everything fresh and free from flies other hotels should do the same. 
We ate in the hotel restaurant 6 of our 7 nights as the food was so delicious, best prawn pad Thai, we had a bottle of wine every night and we enjoyed our evening meals very much.
The whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean which I loved. The gardens are beautiful we loved walking around them seeing all the different plants and flowers, great having the names on too . 
Happy hour was lovely and the cocktails were delicious also loved the roasted broad beans served with the drinks not had them before certainly beats popcorn.The views are beautiful 
We had the most amazing time and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday.
All the staff were wonderful , friendly and professional.

Fantastic Hotel

Myself, partner and 11 year old son have just returned from a two week holiday in Krabi, staying at the Tubkaak resort.  
I can not rate this resort high enough.  This is our 3rd visit to Thailand and we decided to stay in one location this time and visit islands and many of the local attractions from the resort and it worked really well.    The one thing that makes this resort stand out from many others, are the staff and how incredibly friendly and helpful they are.  We were made to feel like Royalty for the minute we arrived.    The location is stunning and after visiting local beaches in the area, we realised that this one was bar far the nicest.   We initially stayed in a deluxe room over looking the pool and then upgraded to a pool room for the last 5 nights. The pool rooms are so worth the upgrade and made our holiday. Spacious, well thought out and unbelievably clean!    There are Taxi's directly outside the hotel on the road and this made everywhere really accessible.  There are long tail boats on the beach to do a few of main excursions. You will pay a little more from this beach but it does make it easy.  We regularly got a taxi to Ao Nang and a Tuk Tuk back.   Don't be put off my the remoteness of the resort as its well worth being a little bit away from things to experience the tranquility of area and have have easy access to all attractions. Exceptional resort in a great location !

We arrived at Tubkaak and were immediately blown away by the view. Stunning! The staff are lovely, the restaurants exceptional- some of the best food we’ve had in Thailand! The room was fine- it was a little dark for us, and quite squashed in. We had a pool, which was nice, but it was long and narrow, and we didn’t use it much. 
The main pool was quite nice. 
We did a half- day trip through the hotel to Koh Haa. Luckily we left early and had about half an hour in Koh Haa before the masses arrived. This half hour was stunning, but it very quickly went from absolute paradise to the complete opposite of paradise! The trip wasn’t for us. Everywhere was too busy, and the snorkelling underwhelming (not clear sea/ no coral/ hardly any fish) & actually just pointless. It was the only “tourist trip” we did in Thailand, so maybe this is just the reality now. The beach at Tubkaak is stunning, although doesn’t have the clear sea, it is quiet! 
The reason I have given the hotel 4*, instead of 5* is the airport transfer. Every other 5* hotel we stayed in, offered free transfers to the airport. Tubkaak however charged up £50. The trip is less than an hour, and if you go across the road you can get the same journey for about £15 (unfortunately we left early and the taxi rank wasn’t manned!) The hotel we stayed in previously charged us £50 for a 3.5 hour door-to-door transfer directly to Tubkaak (we could have got a free transfer if we were going to the airport). Tgis was not a good finish to our holiday, and we felt completely ripped off. All & all, a lovely hotel, but organise your own transfer!
