The hotel receptionist (Nat & Sun) was exceptionally welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offered a stunning view of the sea that made our stay truly memorable.

A wonderful hotel in Phuket

Wir waren 6 Tage im Hotel. Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv nicht 5 Sterne.
Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit den Kindern. Das Zimmer der Kinder war OK, unser Zimmer stank leider nach Urin. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde es ‚Grundgereinigt‘ stank aber nach 24 Stunden wieder. Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Strand ist sehr schön, Frühstück ist vielfältig. Pools nicht schön, die Kinder haben sich auch bei uns die Zehen aufgewetzt an den scharfen Kanten.
Auch der Service war nicht 5 Sterne aber stets bemüht wenn wer da war.
Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Very clean restort and very welcoming ,one of the best ones i've been . Room service and breakfast are also very good and recommend the Stir fried basil with beef . They also have a large variety for breakfast choices . And a wonderful beach and many activities to do in ur free time

Great food great service

I am still at the hotel while writing this review. I am delighted with my stay, right from the check-in experience. Takky informed me of all I needed to know to ensure that I could enjoy the hotel's facilities and activities. She even escorted us to the room, and to our surprise, they prepared a belated birthday amenity for my husband, thanks to the Welcomer team, particularly Micky and Nat. They also invited us to a social event for members. To my surprise, the general manager was welcoming the members, which is rare nowadays—he does lead by example.  As for breakfast, Kate and the pregnant lady (sorry, I did not get her name) did not fail to ask how our sleep was. We also tried the pool bar service; it was very polite and efficient. Lastly, we tried the Tamarind Restaurant; Vin provided good recommendations, love the lobster and lobster ravioli.  But the Nan's service was amazing too. Thank you, Pullman Team! Keep the heartist spirit high.
