I have just returned to UK following my stay here  (1st to 30th October). My room was on the 5th floor which allowed direct access to the rooftop pool & Altitude Bar, without the need to use the lift. The pool area was excellent & I was always able to obtain a sun bed. The room was a modern design with very efficient air conditioning & was serviced on request by using one of two switches (do not disturb or make up my room) which illuminated corresponding panel outside the door. Two bottles of water were left outside the door on days that I chose do not to be disturbed. A special mention for Phu who did an excellent job servicing my room & always pleasant during my stay.
Breakfast was included with my room option & I was always able to find something to my taste. The restaurant was also available for lunch and dinner which was very reasonably priced. Alternatively if you install the JonoX app on your mobile you can order from the menu & eat in your room. Again a special mention for Golf (Restaurant Manager)  & waitress Ping who went to great lengths to make me feel welcome.
The location of the hotel is ideal for both beach and nightlife lovers with the rear entrance leading directly to the main bar and restaurant area. The beach is a short walk from the front entrance, also a 7 - Eleven shop is approximately 50 metres from this entrance where you can stock up on any provisions you may need.
Another special mention to receptionist Aom who like all the staff was very friendly & helpful.

Great Location & Friendly Staff.

The hotel is very nice, new and clean. Staff are very helpful, the pool at the rooftop ia really good and sunny, with a nice sunset.

But the best thing is Mr Golf, he is in charge of the restaurant and bar and his attention to details and hospitality is second to none.

JonoX stay

I had a wonderful stay at Jono X Karon! The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day out. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karon and would not hesitate to stay here again. A great experience overall!
