The housekeeping is so bad as there are still dust everywhere and they do not replace items such as toilet paper, had to ask for it. Also, after staying one night, got charged for stained bedsheets and got told to take it the laundry to do it myself, which is madness for a hotel. All housekeeping does is look for stains so to write people up to get money from them. The front desk were not helpful at all and just ignored anything I said and blamed my wet clothes....why would I go to bed in wet clothes? Also, they will constantly harrass you for the payment, despite still being at the hotel, it is not like I can runaway.
Just be cautious when booking this hotel as they are not helpful at all and take pictures as evidence or they will harass you non-stop.

Worst stay ever!

Avoid at all costs spiders webs filthy unpleasant staff do not cater for vegans manager Arron did try to help but the staff just didn’t bother we stayed one night then jumped in a taxi couldn’t get away quickly enough. Arron told us we could have a full refund just waiting for it back. Can’t smoke on balcony or near the pool. Enclosed so not much sun we changed our room twice but no better. This hotel should be zero star and needs a whole new staff team who actually want to be there instead of making guests feel like an intruder to their day. Please believe the reviews having been to many hotels in Thailand this is the worst.

Don’t do it

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Definitely recommend this hotel as an option for families when you’re in Kata or Karon. We stayed for 9 nights but it seemed most of the other guests were 1 or 2 nights, so the lobby was pretty busy at check in & out times. In the 10 days, we were the only Aussies with pretty much most other guests from China. Despite the hotel being fully booked, there were no more than about 12 people in and around the pool at any time, so getting a lounge by the pools was never a problem. It was really relaxing and enjoyable which is exactly what we were needing on our holiday. Only 1 block away from Kata night market makes this place really close to everything, yet it’s so quiet both at night as well as during the day. We had interconnecting rooms which suited our family of 5 really well and I’d happily stay here again without any concerns. Some feedback for the hotel would be that the housekeeping staff could be a little more attentive to servicing the rooms and that the pool bar be constantly staffed during opening hours rather than the staff congregating and talking with each other in the lobby when people are looking for service at the pool bar.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing

I stayed here for 5 nights during a solo trip. The location is great, it located in a side street of the ''Main shopping street'' of Kata with massage parlours around, 7/11's, many restaurants, bars and also at approximately 15 minutes walking distance from Kata beach and 15 minutes from Karon. 
I found the reception staff kind, however when it comes to being involved with customer service, doing the standard minimum, which was fine for me. 
There is one boy named Max, I think he is a porter and most likely at the front entrance, assists with your luggage and takes you to your room - who definitely deserves a shout out!

During my visit I also participated in a cooking class at the hotel's restaurant, which was fun and because no one else signed up, private :). 
You can use the sauna as well free of charge, along with the fitness room which is small but has everything you need. 

Housekeeping staff was very attentive and took excellent care of me. (always leave a small tip on the bed for them!) The bed is super comfortable and big! 
The pool is beautiful with a pool bar, but it was a bit boring, not much of a vibe going on, so I did not spend too much time there. 
Breakfast was also really enjoyable, plenty of options available.

I enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing!

Relaxing experience

Second visit and can say it's gone downhill. Breakfast ok but meat and cheeses now limited which is a shame. Omelettes are great though and there is always something you can eat.

We also noticed attention to detail isn't great. Paint those walls that are tired looking. 

Biggest annoyance is coming from a day at the beach to a note telling you pool/beach towels missing and you're gonna be fined. at least wait till checkout to accuse you of stealing. Absolutely fuming about it. Don't provide if you're going to complain to guests who still have a week to go. 

Second visit will be our last which is a shame as when we came 2 years ago the place was amazing.
