The worst check-in experience ever!  We stay at a lot of hotels, this trip alone we have stayed in a hotel every night since Oct. 12, -Nov 6, and counting.  We arrived around 11:00, and did all our paperwork, passport copies, etc.  They ran a pre-auth hold on our credit card, and the guy showed me it was a pre- Auth. But didn't give me any paper (no big, it shows on our bank app).  They locked up our bags as check in was  2:00.  No problem.   At 1:55 we were back at the hotel, and went to the desk where there was like 4 staff doing nothing.  They asked me for a yellow piece of paper, apparently a receipt for the pre -Auth. Which we didn't have.   They asked for my name again, and found me in the system and told me check in was at 2pm, then they all  literally dropped everything ran back behind the check in desk and sang happy Birthday to someone.  A minute later, we had gone and sat down, there we about 10 people at  the desk checking in with passports to be photo- copied etc. and a tour bus had just pulled up.  Luckily the girl who initially checked us in saw me and handed me a key through the crowd.  We went to the luggage room, but there were about 5 people ahead of us there, too.  Our stuff was way in the back and a lady was opening her large suitcase in there, blocking the staff guy from getting anyone's stuff.  When we finally got our luggage, we went to the lobby elevator, since we were on the fifth floor.  We had to wait again as the tiny elevator was full with 2 other couples.  When we finally got in, it only went to the 4th floor, so we pushed 4.  We got out and walked down to another elevator, and waited for it, it went to 5.  When we go off the elevator, again we walked down a long outside hallway and ended up at a conference room.  Went back to the elevator took it down to 1.  At this point we ran into a staff person and they told us to walk down by the pool and hand a right to the elevator.  We finally made it to our room at 2:30!  
The TV picture was crap, and only a few channels.  
We are now at a hotel within walking distance, same price, TV is clear and lots of channels, the check in was 2 hours early, with complimentary ice cream cones and drinks, and the room is WAY superior and way cleaner.  Night and day!

Worst check in experience ever!

The hotel was great. Value for money. We had a Aqua Pura Pool Access room & it was lovely. Cleaned daily. Got fresh towels even when we did not expect to. The lovely cleaner was so polite but unfortunately I cannot remember her name.  Close to shop, restaurant's etc. Beach not far to get to but we knew we wouldn't be on the beach. Would be happy to stay there again & happy to recommend it. Breakfast was good but I think there could have been more variety of cereals, like a muesli, more fruit ( only ever saw 3 different ones.  Most days it was watermelon & guava & guava is not the nicest fruit to eat. More dragon fruit & some banana's would have been nice.  Also Bacon, fried tomato would have been welcomed. Lunch time menu great.
The staff who were at breakfast, lunch & dinner were fantastic. I would like to make special mention of Pim & Kaew. These two ladies are fantastic. Couldn't do enough for us & were always friendly. Pim calls me Mama which is lovely. Hopefully they could get rewarded for their great service.

Great hotel, amazing staff

The hotel and the staff are very nice. The quality of their services and attention to detail is great.

They make you feel like family and they always remember you in person if you come back.

Value for money is the added bonus and that's a fact.

The Breakfast buffet is everything and room with partial sea view was gorgeous. The rooms are looked after everyday. Loved the Thai Spa experience at Let‘s relax .

Amazing

Just spent 14 nights at this resort and loved our stay.
The rooms were spacious,  beds comfortable,  pools and grounds were beautifully maintained. 

Breakfast was disappointing, we like cereals etc but only option was coco pops or cornflakes.
No dried fruits, nuts, muesli etc and when we asked for a Banana to put on corn flakes they said no.
Hot food was all cold and eggs were pre cooked.
The omelettes were pre made with just egg, no option to add  tomato, onion, cheese etc and these were kept with a lid covering them but not kept hot and were also cold. 

Special mention to Oil who cleaned our room meticulously. 

Staff member at Pool side pizza place was totally uninterested in answering our questions and taking our order on Wednesday afternoon and more interested in reading what was on his phone. However the guy at the bar came along and assisted.

We checked out at midday and flight wasn't till 10.30pm.
Staff not interested in assisting Once we had checked out, wouldn't lend umbrella  for a walk to shops.

Have never stayed at a Hotel that do not provide a departure room/area for shower change facilities prior to heading to airport.

We were directed to the poolside toilet/shower block which stuck of urine and floor area was too wet to change our clothes.
Disappointing end to our stay.
