First I’d like to say about the staff!! Oh my goodness they are amazing! Last day they made me cry with their kindness, specially Aey everyday he was greeting us and asking if we needed any help. I wish you and your family all the best Aey.  The girls at the reception , bar and restaurant was always smiling and very helpful 

The rooms are ok and comfortable had an sofa bed that my 12yo could sleep on it so we didn’t have to share the bed with her. Please be aware with other hotels in phuket as you book with for the family with older kids and you may have to share the bed or pay extra for it. Novotel had an extra bed with no extra charge
There hotel is also located in a steep hill but it was a good exercise coming back after dinner 😂 and you would be safe in a case tsunami  🌊😆

AMAZING CUSTOMER SEVICE

I couldn't recommend enough Novotel Kata, we came back as second time and most of the staff recognised us and greeted us genuinely happy. The installation were always clean, a big variety of food, drinks and the most exceptional were the staff that always gave us the best service. The kids club is amazing too, my two girls different age had a good time doing the activities in the Little Ocean. I wouldn't mind to come back for the third time to this hotel.

Good hotel

We have 2 kids (5 & 9years) they both enjoyed their stay so much. Service was amazing and staff were so friendly. We had a bit of an issue in our room having a bit of noise from the floor above; and it was addressed right away. We didn’t even initiate the request, we were asked about our stay during our breakfast as a casual chat. Everyone was very welcoming and polite, the kids even misses the staff there!

Super family friendly

What a great place for kids! The kids loved their daily Playorama time and they were taken well care of by the attentive staff! They were given vouchers for underwater scooter time and break was amazing. The location is great. We could walk to either Kara Beach or Karon!
