Muay thai class

I just had a massage here and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music playing in the background and a very clean, comfortable environment. The therapist was extremely professional and attentive.

Best massage ever.

This hotel is very outdated and, at best, could be rated as an old 4-star or even a 3-star by European standards. We booked a seaview room but ended up with a view of the pool and mountains, accompanied by loud, low-quality music throughout the day.

The food was mediocre, and the pool bar service was painfully slow – one person handling everything meant it took around 30 minutes just to get a cocktail. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the misleadingly positive reviews. It might appeal to guests expecting something cheap but calling it 5-star is completely inaccurate.

We paid the same price as we have in far superior hotels, yet the service here was disappointing. Management was unhelpful and unaccommodating, and the taxi arranged through the hotel was an old, broken, and smelly car – you’re much better off using Bolt. After giving feedback the only solution was to give better room which was too late as moving half way on holidays would not make any sense.

Not even 4 start with awful service

The rooms and facilities were lovely.

All staff friendly- only let down was probably the restaurant lunch menu being quite small and as there are no restaurants nearby there were limited other options.

There was also only ever one person working the pool bar in the heat as fast as they could but could do with more staff on this area rather than check-in etc.

A pleasant stay

Joom & Taan Gabe is a couples massage and it was out of this world. Exactly what I needed to kick start our honeymoon.
So relaxing, gentle yet firm. 90 minutes of pure bliss. Definitely coming back for more before we leave.
