It's very delicious and kind. In particular, the Remate staff responded kindly, so I had a very pleasant meal, and I was tired because I arrived in Phuket late the day before, but the overall auxiliary facilities are good and neat overall...

Good Hotel

We are enjoying our stay here at the Grand Mercure. What an amazing hotel the staff goes well above and beyond to make sure their guest are taken care of.
The breakfast crew is amazing without a doubt, all of them. I do not have all their names but I do remember, Remote, Kee, Ploy, Kongkwan, Sky, Ar, Earnannne. They are always smiling and making your start of the morning special. Their manager Kai also does  a great job on making sure everyone is taken care of.  The room crew also, amazing team and the concierge and front desk folks. No wonder Thailand is the land of smiles.
We will definitely be back in this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday extra special.

Amazing Staff

Our stay at Grand Mercure Patong was amazing, 5 nights of full experience.  When we first arrived in our room we had a beautiful honeymoon surprise, with a delicious cake and a beautiful love heart made of towels and flowers everywhere. Staffing are friendly and helpful,  the hotel is in a great spot near Bangla road, Patong beach and all the shops.  Our room was good, the only thing that bothered me was showering inside the bath. The pool has an amazing atmosphere,  pool bar was nice and with great prices.  We had a couple of drinks by the pool and some delicious oysters. 
I would like to say a special thanks to Deer, who was very friendly to me and my partner during our meals at the Bubbles Restaurant. We had a great experience eating the " Wednesday barbecue party" a full variety of food from sushi to bbq meats and seafood, pasta, soups and amazing desserts . 

Thanks to all the staff at Grand Mercure Patong, you all made us feel home and safe . Your Phuket island will remain in our memory ❤️

Amazing Phuket Holiday

The service from the staff is wonderful and they go extra mile to assist.
The restaurant is also well positioned with nice view of a pool in front.

Breakfast amazing

The hotel has nice view of the mountain in Patong. The room was marvellous with a nice view of the pool. The place is very quiet and relaxing with friendly staff every corner of the hotel. They offer excellent fast service. I must say the place is spotless.

I would recommend the hotel to anyone planning to visit Phuket.
