Great hotel. Pool area large with different areas, rooms. Food was varied and plentiful. 
Swim up bar lots of fun. Location good, easy walk to beach
Mr Ching & Ms Kik outstanding service, made us feel like family.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Honest Review of Novotel Phuket Vintage Park!

We stayed at the hotel for several nights. The place is organized, clean, and visually pleasant. However, our experience with the service was deeply disappointing — especially when a problem arose.

We used the hotel’s laundry service, which was outrageously overpriced (2,500 baht compared to about 50 baht outside the hotel). Not only was the price ridiculous, but the laundry was returned in a worse condition — dirtier than before, and the white clothes were not separated properly and came back yellow.

When we raised our concerns with the hotel manager, we were met with arrogance and a complete lack of responsibility. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, she shifted the blame to an external laundry provider — as if it’s not the hotel’s duty to ensure quality service for its guests. We expected professionalism and a solution, but were met with indifference and coldness that ruined our overall impression.

In summary — the hotel might be fine if you don’t run into any issues. But if you do need help or a solution, be prepared for shockingly poor customer service. A truly disappointing experience.

Bad service experience

Hotel was amazing, restaurant staff were nice and accommodating. I stayed for 11 nights and the location is amazing. Close too the action.

The gym equipment could use a little bit of maintenance but still functional.

Will come back every year.

Great experience

5 star experience at Novotel Vintage hotel. Great hospitable service by the e reception and restaurant staff. Special mention to Miss Front at the reception who helped us from the day we checked in and she custom fit our stay for our convenience. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and the pool is spacious and great design!

Five start facilities and service at Novotel Vintage Hotel.

The bar/lounge hostess, Som-O was the best. She made great coffees and other drinks. Her service was top-notch which is not easy with so many customers. She kept a smile the entire time. Novotel is fortunate to have such a great representative.
