Pool

Nice stayed for 3 nights, clean room with all facilities, toileteries in bathroom, Balcony, good airconditioning. It has varieties of breakfast including limited seperate vegetarians food.
It has 2 swimming pools, ground and 3rd floor however no Towel facilities.
Staff is smiling and ready to help when requested for early checkin, good music playing at reception, thanks to guard who helped whenever Pickup came for sightseeing. 
Location of Hotel is good as its near to Bangla Street and Central Mall so everything walking. would like to visit again.
 

Excellent Hotel with location and helping Staff.

Perfectly located for shops restaurants bars and the beach was just down the road, definatally worth the stay and would be back again. Foyer was very nice and relaxing. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but as said amenities short walk.

So Phuket was the second stop on our trip and we booked a room for 3 nights at the Patong heritage online. Upon arrival you will be blown away by the exterior as it appears very grand and luxurious and this includes the lobby also but here are some pro’s and cons 

Pro’s 
1.Location is a short walk from restaurants and also not far from the beach
2. Friendly staff 
3. Hotel has a small gym, a rooftop pool aswell as a ground floor pool 
4. Very good breakfast with plenty of seating and food options aswell as freshly made iced coffees and teas 

Cons 
1. Room was very outdated and needs refurbishing , decor was very old and looked like the room hasn’t been touched for about 10 years , bathrooms in poor conditions 
2. Bed not very comfortable , very firm mattress 
3. You can hear everything in the hall way outside , doors slamming, people talking and shouting and this was happening at 3 in the morning 
4. Air con in the room wasn’t working that well , fixed to a temperature which means the room is still too warm at times
5. Ground floor pool isn’t too bad however it is overlooked by flats and not very nice to look at, the 3rd floor pool is dirty , the loungers have bird poo on them and pigeons are constantly using the pool to drink.

Overall hotel needs updating inside, the exteriors looks like luxury but once inside the rooms it couldn’t be further from the truth. If it wasn’t for the breakfast I would’ve rated lower.

Liked · The location of the accommodation is very central and about 10 min walk to the beach. The apartment had separate lounge and bed area and being on 6th floor, the view was not bad helped by the large balcony. There was a 2 burner stove , so we could prepare our breakfast and some simple meals, but we mostly had dinner outside as it was cheaper to eat out then cook.

Disliked · Breakfast was not included and no toilet paper or toiletries provided. We were dissapointed when we arrived at 10pm and checked in, to realise we had no toilet paper, we had to use our tissues until the next morning when we got some from 711 nearby. Also the cleaning was some weeks twice and other weeks once , so beddings and towels were a bit dirty. The last 6 days we had water seeping from the bathroom next door near the toilet, so had to put towel there, otherwise could not use the tioilet due to puddle forming. We did not realise the apartments were not part of the Patong Heritage hotel until we got there. We had to book a room in the hotel for my son and we managed to get it for half of what we paid for 2 people with breakfast, seaview, bottled water everyday and daily cleaning and toiletries all included.

Location is good but its cheaper to stay in hotel with breakfast and toiletries included.

We booked in here for a 15 night stay commencing on March 7, 2025. We are currently on our 3rd day. We were "greeted" by  an extremely rude and obnoxious woman at reception to complete the check in  process....red flags 5 minutes into our arrival!.

As has been the case in every hotel we have stayed in through out Patong previously (6 different properties), we have asked if we could get 2 room keys. 

We are not "joined at the hip" and return to the room at different times. We were told by the front office representative in no uncertain terms "No, each room is only entitled to one key", no ifs, buts or maybes! 

If you return to the room separately, you need to request a staff member go upstairs (we are on level 8, room 815) and open the room. This happened 3 times today and is a "pain in the bum". Very inconvenient for all parties involved.

Make sure you have $1000 baht with you at check in. An imprint of your credit card details will not suffice. You won't get your room key without it so just be prepared.

The room has a spotlight attached to the outdoor balcony which shines through the curtains all night....can't be turned off manually. 

The air conditioner is very loud and underperforming. You need to keep it on all the time, due to the heat
This makes sleeping difficult, due to this constant loud noise.

The bathroom doesn't contain one powerpoint. You need to shave in the living area, which is where the hotel supplied hair dryer is located....really strange.

There is a lack of English Speaking TV channels. This may not be an issue to many but as a couple in our 60's, we are beyond the days of "bar hopping" everynight. It's usually out for dinner, a couple of drinks and a bit of shopping then back to the room. There is a distinct lack of variety with the cable channels on offer.

On a positive note, the location is good, the breakfast offers plenty of variety, the room and balcony are both a really good size and all other staff, such as in the dining area and housekeeping are professional and very accommodating to guests.

 As stated, this cannot be said for a number of reception staff. Some really need a refresher course in customer service and what it means.

Finally, this is marketed as a 4 star property. I disagree with that rating.

Some rude and obnoxious staff.

Luggage storage and airport shuttle can be arranged at the 24-hour front desk. For convenience, a laundry service and on-site parking are also provided.


Guests can enjoy a variety of international cuisines at the on-site restaurant. Refreshing drinks and light snacks are served at the lobby and poolside bars until 23:00 hr.
