Officially my favorite hotel in Phuket.  It’s a very nice, cozy, and well-managed hotel in convenient part of Patong just few walk steps away from plenty of restaurants, shops, and amazing nightlife. The rooms are spacious, clean, and pleasant. But, what's really best about this hotel is the staff and quality of service.  Everyone of the staff members that I interacted with are caring, professional and friendly. Especially the front desk staff.   In particular Ms Ratty at the front desk went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

My favorite hotel in Phuket

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 7 jours, le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. La piscine est très belle. 
Le petit dej est sympa avec bcp de choix. Des soirées à thèmes sont proposées dans le restaurant. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche des commodités ce qui est plaisant, mais il est également proche des clubs. Ainsi, en fonction du placement de la chambre, vous allez entendre de la musique jusqu’a 5h du matin... attention aux oreilles. Il n’y a pas de double vitrage dans les chambres. Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est médiocre. Nous avons du changer de chambre dès le premier jour, car la salle de bain n’était pas propre. Des tâches d’usures incrustées étaient présentes avec un rideau de douche pas propre + taches noires dessus. Au vu du nombre d’étoiles, le rideau est à bannir. De plus, le miroir présentait des éclats d’usures également. La nouvelle chambre était « mieux » mais il y avait quand même deux/trois tâches encore.. faites attention dans la chambre toutes les boissons sont facturées y compris les bouteilles d’eaux dans le frigo. 
Pour la piscine, je regrette seulement que les personnes installent leurs serviettes très tôt et partent à leurs occupations pendant des heures (petit dej, restaurant, plage, sieste, shopping), ce qui ne permet pas d’avoir de la place sur les transats. Tous les sièges sont pris avec de serviettes posées avec personne dans l’eau… Le personnel doit revoir ce point, car pas normal!! 
Pour conclure, je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.

We stayed (family of 10) over the January period. Ages 70 - 6 in the group.

The GOOD:  
#It is easy walking distance to Junceloyn - the main shopping centre. 
# The breakfast buffet was excellent!
# The ATM out the front of the Hotel worked well - no fees for getting cash out. (You did need your passport.
# The beds were nice and comfy.
# Pool area had '3 levels' . We found that the top level was the quietest (we had young kids). We used the pool area nearly every day we were there. 
# We found the staff very friendly and accomodating.

The BAD:
# Near-Drowning
While my daughter was enjoying the pool, there was an incident where a guest had to be pulled unconscious from the pool and resuscitated.  While the hotel staff responded quickly, the situation underscored the need for enhanced safety protocols within the pool area. 

The guest allegedly had drugs and alcohol in his system. The staff did manage to revive him, but 30 minutes later he was still in attendance at the pool and had resumed his drinking. My daughter was understandably quite shaken by this incident and my wife and I have tried to debrief her as best we can, I would suggest that without prompt action on policies that the outcome could have been far more tragic.

# Glass in the Pool Area
As part of the pool area, there was a pool bar. I observed on multiple occasions that there were large glass bottles being served at the bar (in stubby holders) and then guests then moving away from the bar. This is a serious safety hazard, as broken glass can cause severe injuries to those walking barefoot or swimming in the pool with barefeet.

The INTERESTING:
# It is close to the action. There was a parade / performance every night on a street close to where we were. It is situated  We thought that this might be a problem, but surprisingly it wasn't. I think they all finished up by about 10:30pm. 
# If you want to travel out to other areas in Phuket, it takes quite a while to get out of the main street (it's one way) especially  if you are in a Tuk Tuk!

The Good, the bad and the interesting.

Только вернулись с Патонга и данного отеля.На Пхукете были первый раз,в Тае четвертый раз )Отель выше всяких похвал,жили на 5 этаже основного корпуса ,номер 511.Расположение отеля отличное,завтраки хорошие,уборка хорошая.На второй день в номере потек кондей,позвонили на рецепшен,через 30 минут прибежали ребята-все сделали.Отель рекомендую!!!А вот сам Патонг.......Семейным парам посоветую пересмотреть,моец жене не зашел....Мне и дочке (8 лет)все понрааилось!)

Male ho segnalato i problemi ieri ( rubinetto che perde, aria condizionata rumorosa , puzza di fogna ) …mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto check. Oggi alle 17 torno dalla spiaggia senza risoluzione dei problemi e la camera non fatta. Mi lamento e mi dicono che avevano capito che non dovevano farla

This 4 star hotel is located on the coastline of Phuket Island and was established in 1992. It is a short drive away from the Patong Beach and the nearest station is not available. The Hotel has a coffee shop, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 350 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.
