The Senses Resort is a must book when staying in Phuket. It was my first time in Thailand and can say I was very happy with the hotel we chose! They have a variety of things available, I did a Thai cooking course with the head chef of the hotel who was so lovely and taught me so much with the dishes. 

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away so it was peaceful but a short 10 mins to the middle of the busy streets for more restaurants and shopping. 

The service from staff was impeccable, all of them are so lovely and sweet. Very accommodating with any request you need. The rooms and hotel is very clean with room service available 24/7.

I cannot recommend this enough to anyone travelling to Phuket.

Must book when in Phuket!!

Eight years of staying at the senses and eight years of fantastic service. We have just returned from another fabulous stay at the senses. We were recognised on arrival by the fabulous Pimpila. Who had our usual room 1218 ready for us. Honestly the staff here can’t do enough for us paerry food and beverage was astounding always on hand with a wonderful smile. AEG was my husband’s favourite as she looked after him at breakfast And made him special oatmeal. Ball made the best smoothies and never stopped what a lovely person to greet you. And pairat on security always there to take us down in the buggy. I have to commend whoever trains these staff as customer service is my forte and I believe no one can train staff to a higher level. Fantastic place fabulous team. Won’t stay anywhere else.

Hotel was excellent, situated on nanai road which initially made me think whether or not it was a good idea as it’s further back from the beach.   I should have had no concerns.  Nanai road in itself has everything you’ll need and cheaper too than at the beach. 
The hotel staff from the security to the maid services and everyone else you encounter always have a smile on their face.  The sea facing rooms are huge and well appointed and the swimming g pool is very big also. I’m a swimmer and loved it.  
Breakfast is amazing, there’s something for everyone, I’ve never seen so much choice anywhere and the service staff in the restaurant were all engaging, smiling and helpful.  One young lady (Milk) from the breakfast service was excellent and a credit to your hotel.  
I would have given 5 stars but for one annoyance.  The lifts have a mind of their own, it seems like a very small criticism but after using them for a week, it does get annoying.  
All in all, an excellent hotel with excellent staff who all work tirelessly and always with a smile.

My first time in Thailand the senses resort and spa was absolutely outstanding the staff were so very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcoming the location is superb great views just have to mention the staff Jenjira,pimpila, pat, aye, aey, milk, so so very friendly and helpful which makes me want to return next so look forward to seeing them again 😀

The best hotel at the local area! Perfect accomodation, perfect staff, perfect pool and fitness, bar is excellent. Special thanks to the best Employee JENJIRA! The best hotel !

This 4.5 star hotel is located in the city centre of Phuket Island and was established in 2013. It is a short drive away from the Patong Beach. The Hotel has a coffee shop, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 116 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe, trouser press, ironing set and air conditioning.
