The service was excellent in the hotel manager Yhani  gave us great service and she took care of any problem ,  the massages were amazing POR gave us an amazing massage very professional the stuff are very nice and kind recommend this place and will come again

Great experience

this is by far the worst Holiday Inn Resort probably anywhere on the planet. The place is worn, dirty, dark, has a very negative atmosphere and the breakfast buffet was not only tiny but lacked of quality. On top you have to know that - as with most places on Phuket - this hotel is mainly occuppied by the dominating nationality, adding to the overall non-existing atmosphere. Staff at the reception was incompetent and not of help. The beach is not nice, all around there is construction going on.

We stopped here for one night only, the last night before flights home.
We were greeted by very kind staff, given a lot of extra perks even though we booked a basic stay.
Hotel is well located close to public beach, or in good reach of some other places we wished to see. Hotel food is good, well stacked and prepared breakfast as well as good restaurant.
For the finale, we enjoyed an amazing massage treatment by Por, who made sure we were completely relaxed for the long flights home.

Very nice short stay

My family and I stayed at this resort for a few days, after there was an incident at one of the sister properties. 
General Manager Yhani, went out of her way to make us feel safe and welcome, and even accompanied my mother to the hospital. 
Nothing was too hard for Yhani, and her team, and she made a very unpleasant situation much more bearable.

Fantastic general manager!

We had a great time at this resort, very family orientated which was perfect for us.. Highly recommend Kuan, Kob and restaurant team, who where excellent and catered to my wifes coeliac needs with true attention. Also great experience with Kids Club team including Marsha, Wee and Peaches. Would definitely return.
